The primary bedroom has a King size Casper memory foam bed and a private en-suite bath with a stand-up shower. It also includes a smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services, a closet with hangers, and high-speed WiFi. The 2nd bedroom has a queen Casper memory foam bed, also with a smart TV and closet. The 3rd bedroom has two twin Casper memory foam beds and a smart TV, great for family or friends traveling together. The 4th bedroom is the kids' room, with a twin bunk bed — perfect for little ones, and a smart TV.

A coffee station is ready to go each morning, including filters, coffee grounds, syrups, sugars, and non-dairy creamer so you can start your day in the mountains with a fresh cup before heading out to explore. The family room off the kitchen includes a streaming-ready TV make it easy to keep kids occupied while preparing a family meal.

The original fireplace has been preserved as a decorative feature, glowing with candlelight in the evenings for cozy mountain-night ambiance. Guest access
Guest can use the entire home except the basement where the owner keeps her supplies. The garage is used for games and exercise space, not for parking vehicles.

☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation

☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied

MAXIMUM of 8 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 2 should be accounted for on your reservation.

Please note that while we take great pride in maintaining a clean and pest-free environment, occasional pests may be found, despite our regular pest control services. If any pests are found during your stay, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

☆REFUNDS☆
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues, power outages, personal illness or injury, or natural disasters.
