Historic Home with Parking Steps From Capital & USNA

Location, location, location! It was walkable to everything. The host was responsive. It was fun to stay in a piece of history and wonder who had lived there when it was new construction. The only down side was the “sensitive” fridge. The alarm on the fridge was beeping when we arrived so we had to figure this out as soon as we walked in. This caused a bit of stress upon arrival versus the sigh of “we’re on vacation”.

The place was very walkable and convenient to the downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it others. It was great to have parking, a patio, and it was clean.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommended. The place is extremely comfortable and clean and well maintained. The host is extremely easy to reach and responds quickly. We had absolutely no problems.. Could not be more convenient to the naval Academy. The kitchen worked beautifully. And best of all there’s a parking spot to the side of the house. We will try to stay here every time we visit our son at the Naval Academy.

This property is all about location location location. You have a two minute walk to Annapolis City Dock. Easy walking to USNA or even to the Navy Marine Corp Stadium (1 mile)! Includes one parking spot on the property which is priceless. Helpful info for planning would be that although you can sleep four easily at the location (one primary bedroom upstairs and one sofa bed in the downstairs) it would be tricky for more than one couple to share b/c the only Full bath is upstairs off the primary. We frequently travel to Annapolis for USNA events and will always consider this property in the future!

The house was in a perfect location to really enjoy downtown Annapolis. The house was very clean with everything you would need in the kitchen.

We stayed for two nights and it met all the needs we had. Place was clean, parking space was perfect, and the easiest walk to restaurants and shopping. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had.

The property was perfect for my husband and me. We were even able to make dinner for our mid and a couple of buddies. We couldn’t find any dish towels, hot pads, or can opener but everything else we needed was there. We loved the location, cleanliness and charm. The parking spot was icing on the cake!

You can't beat the location, just a 3 minute walk from main street. House was clean, and it had everything we needed. Parking was a plus.

This place is wonderful for a couple! It’s steps away from restaurants, bars and shops! It’s walking distance to the Naval Academy and perfect amount of space for 2 people! Don is a wonderful host and was quick to reply with any questions or concerns! The parking spot was an incredible addition. Parking isn’t the easiest thing in Annapolis and to have a designated spot was magical!

Don was super responsive and made staying here for the weekend. Very easy we will be returning.

What a cute, historic row house that is about five or six houses down from the Maryland State house and a few blocks up from the docks and the Naval Academy entrance. The bonus is there is a parking space--just leave your car and walk to all of downtown Annapolis. Bathroom & kitchen are practically brand new. Very clean, very comfortable, and allowed us to wander the shops, museums, and food around town.

We enjoyed our stay, very clean, convenient private parking, academy/waterfront/shops/restaurants within walking distance, easy check in/checkout and good communication with property manager. Excellent Location!

Stayed here while visiting our Mid. Excellent location and beautiful home! Wonderful communication throughout with the owner. Will definitely try to book for return trips.

Overall the property was fine. The location is ideal for anything you’re doing near the waterfront or downtown. The home itself has the basics, with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The host was responsive and friendly. A couple of issues to note - it is pretty bare bones. We needed to buy dishwasher tab, hand soap for the downstairs half bath, and a fresh sponge for the kitchen as the one that was left was used and smelly. There were no extra towels though the host did offer to drop some by. And finally as can be an issue on the east coast we did have a few cockroaches and the kitchen trash bin had signs of a larger infestation. The host did offer to have pest control out right away, but we ultimately made the decision to check out early at our own expense. Which was unfortunate given how expensive the place was to begin with.

Perfect location for a weekend visit. Parking included which is a great perk! Great location for walking anywhere downtown or on West St.
