Historic Home Only 4 miles to French Quarter - Super Cozy & Convenient!

Location was great we were only 20 minutes away from our event

To sum it up, BOOK IT and you’ll be glad you did. Well, just in case you need convincing, how about a perfect location away from the city, next to a cafe that serves great food with customer service to boot. The neighborhood was as advertised, quiet and safe. Everyone kept to themselves. The outdoor table area was nice and provided a great wind-down spot after a bustling day. The bedrooms were spacious, and having independent baths was a plus. The master was incredible, and the bath made you stay longer than normal. The kitchen provided more than basic amenities, with a bar set to top it all off, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner was easy to work with and communicated very well. To sum it up, it’s pinned as one of my favs; do there you have it, BOOK IT!!!

The house was absolutely charming. Just far enough away from the city to really relax in the evenings and mornings, but close enough to enjoy everything NOLA had to offer. Our host was so accommodating! We had to extend our stay due to inclement weather cancelling our flight and she took wonderful care of us! If you’re looking for a beautiful, welcoming home with great food right next door for breakfast and lunch, look no further! Had the best time!!!

Our host was very responsive and helpful. Arriving was very simple and we had zero problems. The house itself was beautiful. Perfect for our group of seven adults. The back and front patios were used daily. The neighborhood was very welcoming and we felt safe walking all over Arabi and Jackson Barracks. Grocery stores were just three blocks away. There is a little store across the street but they were on vacation during our whole visit. Staying at this home made our trip to New Orleans very special.

So comfortable and spacious

The accommodations were perfect for my trip to New Orleans. It was in close proximity to the destinations that I wanted to go to. It eas also spacious enough for my mother who was using a walker to get around. I also enjoyed being able to sit out on the front porch to enjoy the wearher.

The house was unbelievably one of the best places we've stayed. Large bedrooms with personal bathrooms in each room. A MUST when travel with couples. The location was perfect with a quant little restaurant with remarkable prices and food right across the street and walking distance to bars and restaurants, dollar store and loquat store. All the locals we met were so friendly and hospitality was very rewarding. I would absolutely recommend this charming and welcoming site for a stay to enjoy the beautiful New Orleans trip for family or friends getting together.

This property was awesome: charming and spacious throughout. Everything we needed was right there. Having 4 1/2 bathrooms was a bonus, especially when getting ready for wedding events. We had never stayed in Arabi before and enjoyed it, especially on our walks. A quiet retreat from the hubbub of the French Quarter, etc…(French Quarter Fest was going on). Residential with lots of pretty houses, and the Mississippi is a few blocks away. The Arabi Market and Cafe was delightful for breakfast, but closed on weekends. Highly Recommend this property!!!

The rental was very spacious and clean. It was a great home for a group of 8 adults - each bedroom has its own private bathroom and the common area has plenty of space for everyone. And the Arabi food store across the street is amazing!

The property was very clean and spacious. Location is near essential stores and

Gorgeous home. So spacious. Walking distance to 24hr donuts. Also to grocery store. About a 9min uber to French Quarter. Neighborhood is nice for walking. There’s a breakfast place across the street. Unusual hours. But the food is delicious.

The only thing that made our stay unbearable was the SNOW!!!! This place was great!! The location was perfect, a short drive to everything we wanted. And it was super safe since the police hangout was right across the street. Highly recommend!!

Great time with family.

We have been wanting to experience New Orleans and it's history as well as do all of the touristy things. This house was the perfect location for all of the day trips we took as well as just relaxing. Accommodations were perfect for 4 couples and 4 separate sleeping areas 5 bathrooms was a plus 😉 Neighborhood was perfect with a place to get breakfast and lunch right across the street and Wal Mart a short drive away to get all of the essentials we needed for our week long stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious home, nice decor, well equipped kitchen with large counter space for socializing. Clean and comfortable. Good choice for our trip.

Our stay was comfortable. Easily accessible to bourbon st and superdome by Uber. I highly recommend this property especially for a large group. Pleanty of space for all.

Perfect place stay for four couples visiting New Orleans. House was well located and comfortable. Everything was clean (other than the shower curtain in the guest apartment) and well stocked. Good communications from host. Would definitely stay there again.
