This charming home was a hit with my sisters who stayed there instead of a busy hotel for my step daughter’s wedding. Everything was just beautiful from the living spaces, to the kitchen, to the super comfortable beds. The house was decorated for the Fall season in simple and elegant decor. The location on Snake Alley was great to be nearby the cute downtown Burlington area. In the descriptions for this listing, it does point out that you do need to take into consideration that there is parking above Snake Alley as well as below, so you need to be aware that there will be either downhill or uphill trips to your vehicle after you’ve gotten it unloaded. This is not a negative comment for the property in any way.. it’s just on a winding one way cobblestone street, which is part of the charm but which does need to be considered. My older family members were able to navigate it just fine, knowing that there were stairs up and down to tackle. Rebecca was super responsive throughout the entire process, so that made things very easy to arrange, and she gave so many awesome suggestions of things to see and do in Burlington. Overall, absolutely beautiful home in a gorgeous area of town!

The house was beautiful and immaculately clean. We loved the location on Snake Alley and enjoyed La Tavola for dinner and Wake & Bake for breakfast which were both within walking distance. Thanks to Becky for providing all the info and recommendations we needed for our stay. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home is beautiful and the location can't be beat. Of course, being on Snake Alley, there is some climbing involved to get to or from your vehicle, but that's part of the charm of this location. Attentive and welcoming hosts!

This was a wonderful property to stay at. It was a quick walk to anywhere we wanted to visit and we got to stay on the historic Snake Alley. The accommodations were clean and modern and it was quiet, just a lovely overall experience. I would say if you have a hard time walking or with stairs you may not want to stay here as it is a steep walk.

This little home on snake alley was perfection! This place was spotless and in a perfect location. We enjoyed snake alley and it's beauty and visiting with people that passed by occasionally. We were located close to downtown and enjoyed walking around, visiting shops and restaurants. Becky was quick to communicate, and check in was a breeze! If ever in this area again we will definitely stay here!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Snake Alley home! It was close to great food and entertainment. The home was absolutely beautiful and very clean, if you forgot anything, it was there to use. Highly recommend!!

The house was very clean and updated. People should be aware that there is only street parking and that you have to walk up or down a steep stairway to get to your car. It's definitely not for someone with mobility issues. We loved it and would book it again.

Historical home on fabulous Snake Alley - home is totally updated and wonderfully appointed. The home is outfitted very well with all the items one appreciates on a stay - flatware, dishes, cookware, towels, coffee, grill etc.. Immaculately clean as well.

We live within 10 miles of snake alley, but the location of this property intrigued us and we chose to celebrate my husband‘s birthday and Father’s Day on snake Alley and were able to enjoy the live music on the river with just a short walk. The location is in walking distance from all the great things Jefferson Street has to offer, we highly recommend this property. It’s very clean and updated while still maintaining the charm you would expect from a house on snake alley.
