Stayed May 8, 2023We loved our stay at Holle House, and our host Susan covered all the angles even having a window AC unit on hand when the main AC went out during a historic Texas heat wave. All the essentials were covered wonderfully and Susan went above and beyond to make sure the even the fridge and cupboards were stocked when we moved in. The location is also phenomenal if you are looking to stay away from city crowds like we were. There are nice things to do in the area and the central location makes all the major metros and the gulf accessible for weekend staycations.

Stayed Mar 20, 2020Had a great time staying at the Historic Holle House. The host is very kind, welcoming and helpful. The property was clean and quiet. I would recommend the property to anyone who is going to the lovely town of Brenham.

Stayed Dec 7, 2018The home is not only historic, but beautiful and interesting. While our stay was a very chilly and wet one, we still had a great time. Susan goes above and beyond to make your stay great. It was so chilly and rainy that we just stayed in the home the first night and had the delicious quiche for dinner. She provides breakfast for both mornings and snacks. Plenty of towels and blankets for everyone.

Stayed Sep 8, 2016The owner provides hospitality in spades. We arrived to a fully stocked kitchen, complete with enough breakfast meals to last throughout our stay. The fridge was stocked with new bottles of all condiments, juice, milk, cream, butter and the list goes on. There were fresh, clean, comfortable robes for each person. We were made to feel welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
