Your property is a beautiful home! We enjoyed staying there while attending the annual hog roast put on by our friends.

Enjoyed all the pictures and history of the farmhouse. Also enjoyed sitting out back with cup of coffee and watching the sun rise. Had a great stay!

It is exactly as described in the listing, an old home out in the farm country but an easy short drive to Marshall. The home is both rich and history and comfortable to be in, a delicate balance that many find hard to maintain but was perfection in this case.

Second straight year we spent several days at this house, and once again it was perfect for our needs. Communication with the owners was excellent. Hope to stay again next year.

This historic farmhouse has all the charm and beauty of the hundred years this home has seen! The Dyer family’s history in Saline County lives on in the height marks on the pantry door, the pictures on the walls, and the period furniture throughout! Having sat in the kitchen chairs 50 year’s earlier, I relived my visit with IG and Nina shortly after taking over IG’s State Farm Agency in April, 1976! Sitting on the front porch , where, on October 1st, 1929, I G sold his first policies, was an exciting piece of history! Modern convenience is combined with a hundred years of history when you visit The Dyer Farmhouse !

It was very clean and you could just make yourself feel at home. We enjoyed setting on back patio. We had a great view for the sunrise and the big willow tree! Thanks a million for sharing it with us.
