Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District and New Orleans. This location is on Magazine Street just one block from Canal Street which separates the French Quarter and the Central Business District. Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Saint Charles Avenue, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out, we would love to have you! This location has 2 queen beds.

We getour towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Everything was great - great location. The building was old the main doors didn't seem secure and the door in the room seemed easy to break in to as well. I put a chair on the door at night to feel safe since I was alone. Other than that great.

the logistics were a bit challenging to navigate given that the property owner was not on site regularly, leaving only the housekeepers (mostly monolingual) to help little concerns but on the wholeit was a great stay. glad i picked it. good distance from all things to see downtown and well stocked for when we choose a night in. would definately recommend in future

We couldn't adjust thermostat at all. Beds were very uncomfortable. Very loud. Felt like windows were open.

My family and I decided to to try Vrbo for the first time. We've stayed at several hotels in the past, no issues with those, but I honestly wish I had try this sooner. The suite at Casa Angelo was clean, had everything we needed, and the location perfect. Genesis was an awesome host! She stayed in touch ensuring she was there for anything we needed. I plan on coming back again and this will be my go to stay for now on ?

I know that there are a lot of reviews giving this place fives stars but in all honesty it wasn't really five star worthy. I had my husband and kids (five people) and we stayed there for five days. It says on the page that they can accommodate for 5-6 people that’s a lie, Realistically it can hold 4 people comfortably (please take note of that). When we first walked in the place we noticed right away how the carpet was dirty and how one of the couches was broken we told genesis and she’s on it when it comes to responding but she never really gives a clear cut answer. Such as one of the air mattress they gave us didn’t work properly and my daughter was sleeping on it and by the time morning hit it was deflated and was sleeping on the floor, and it took two days for them to give us another air mattress. Also there was a hole in the wall by the front door and also a huge roach crawling around. Once that happened within a span couple of days I asked genesis if they had any other rooms available yet she never answer my question on changing room's. Lastly, the building looked a bit run down and questionable, and also the pictures of the place matches but it doesn’t live up to how it looks in person. Despite all the negative, the location is great right next to the ruby slipper really great breakfast place and canal street right in the heart of the hustle of French quarter. If you like a place that’s quite antique looking and a bit run down be my guest. Id suggest y’all look at the hotels on canal street before getting this place.

We really enjoyed this property! We were close enough to all the downtown offerings but just far enough away to avoid the wild noise at night. Would def. use this location again. We were in town for grappling and the laundry room was a lifesaver!

Magazine st was PERFECT to stay in! The property was gorgeous. There is a window you can open up to hear the new orleans jazz and if you can, stop by underneath the property is the Ruby Slipper. Best breakfast i’ve ever had! Big and spacious, only thing is the paint and furniture needs slight updating. Besides that it is one of the cleanest places i’ve stayed. Thanks a ton!!!!! Laura
