Stayed Apr 11, 2024We traveled down for the French Quarter Festival. Management was ahead in communication and made the check in super easy. The location is perfect, and near the city center. We loved the coziness of the room, beds slept great and loved the brick and modern yet nostalgic feel. Genesis was SUPER responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit New Orleans and can’t WAIT to visit and stay here again.

Stayed Dec 1, 2023Great location. Getting into the building and the room itself is an easy process. Apartment was clean and well kept. It was within walking distance from everything we wanted to do that weekend. Host was very quick to respond when messaged. Would definitely recommend this location/host and use them again in the future.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023We enjoyed our stay and the location of the property was perfect. We had no need of a vehicle because it was just a short walk to everything. However, it is a loud area of the city. I attempted to adjust our reservation by one day long before our stay and received no responding communication from the host. Genesis was readily available at the time of our stay. Thank you

Stayed Feb 24, 2023We were there for a girls trip it was 3 of us, so 2 beds were perfect and another person couldn’t came; as long as you’re ok with sharing beds. It’s a studio apartment so kitchen and living room in the same area as beds. But they was not an issue because we spent most of our time out of the room. It is a perfect location to walk to the French quarters and bourbon area. Like a 4 min walk to bourbon at… amazing! The host quickly responded and was super friendly. Definitely recommend

Stayed Apr 21, 2023Everything was pretty easy. Check in, communication with the property manager, etc. Place just needs a few updates like the beds and couch. Great for what we needed and enjoyed our stay.
