THINGS TO NOTE:
* A separate guest cabin at the rear of the property is occupied long term, however there are no shared spaces and both homes are separate and private
* The backyard is reserved for the back cabin tenant
* Quiet hours and neighborhood respect are appreciated during your stay
* This home originated in the 1800's and has been lovingly restored. Because of it's historic nature, it is not perfect but has been wonderfully restored
