Great, older house. Good option for families and groups. Worked well for us with our son along to visit Linfield University because we could close up part of the house for him to stay up later and for us to go to sleep. We slept great and enjoyed the house
the kitchen was well stocked and very clean. the house was very spacious and comfortable. we all appreciated having our own rooms. there is highway noise, but really not a big deal. easy access to get into town.
Just like your grandma's house. Well appointed but still nostalgic. The laundry shoot was a plus. Could not have had a better place for the family Thanksgiving.
Charming Farmhouse and everything was as advertised and stated. Stunning grounds and a vintage farmhouse property. Livestock grazing in the field as you have coffee is wonderful. Close to downtown McMinville. Checkin and communication with host was excellent. Would return without a question.
This property worked well for our family, while we were in town for a wedding.
The property and amenities were exceptional!
We choose the Farm house because of the rustic look and brought back some memories for my 80 year old parents. The location was perfect... Close to downtown and shopping, but still felt like we were in the country or on a farm! We had 7 people sleep comfortably with my parents staying downstairs. Coffee and breakfast on the outside porch was memorable. We saved money by cooking breakfast and lunch at the house. The house provided all the pots, pans and utensils, that we needed... We would stay there again!
Loved our stay. The farmhouse was very nice and we had easy access to McMinnville, wineries, the coast and other local things. Located right on hwy 99 so noise from the road is noticeable.
The house itself was comfortable well appointed with all kinds of equipment in the kitchen and everything else that you would need for a stay. The house is spacious and the location worked well for us. That's the landlord a lovely lady.
Enjoyed the home. The owners have done a wonderful job of modernizing the home but keeping the age and feel of an old farm house. Loved our stay.
good
The house is clean and lovely! Fully stocked with what we needed. Very convenient to get to the wineries and McMinnville. Sits right on Hwy 99, which is fairly busy, but we were pleasantly surprised that you could hardly hear the road noise at all in the house. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!
We really liked the very spacious bedrooms. The entire house was old fashioned, so not appropriate for little kids, but it was perfect for several adults. it was only minutes from downtown McMinnville. The place was clean and well stocked. When we had a question about something the owner was readily available.
That it is close to downtown & we were able to get to our events easily. Also we were able to bring our pets.
We loved our stay. The home is beautiful. It is right on the highway which didn’t bother me at all. it was a hot day when we arrived and the home was cool and inviting.
Adorably, historic farm house that was vintage, yet comfortable. All the charm, with a full stocked kitchen for cooking in and the joys of a glorious tree swing outside. We even walked over to say hi to the cows. Perfect little get away house while we spent time off adventuring McMinnivile & Salem.
The decor was designed to remind one of Grandma's house, with lacy curtains, quilts on the beds, and antique furniture. It had a modernized kitchen, which was better equipped than any other rental we've ever stayed at. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Can't recommend it highly enough!
This was an excellent location for our activities at Linfield University in McMinnville. The property had character as expected of an old farm house. We enjoyed our stay.
Very nice house that was cleaner than a Hospital. Well stocked with everything you needed during your stay.
Great old house and everything you would expect from an old farmhouse including creaky floors, antiques, charm, and a musty smell that greets you upon entering. Dainty furniture that looks good but not very comfortable for sitting and chatting for long periods. Well manicured lawn and grounds. The front entry was not usable due to the cobwebs covering the front stoop and door frame and the back deck table and chairs were very dirty. Its early spring so all is understandable! Some of the beds were super comfy, others were rock hard so choices for the different comfort levels (and some bed frames creaked and squeeked with the slightest movement that made you worry you'd wake everyone in the house up). Overall, great house!
