Historic Craftsman in the Heart of Prescott

It was fun staying in this historical Prescott home. There were lots of decorative mementos and radios from the 1930s. We were walking distance from the Square with lots of shops and restaurants.The two recliners are very comfortable to watch the big screen TV and if you are in the mood to read there are lots of great classics books.The host was very responsive and helpful.

Do yourself a favor and book this historic well maintained home in the heart of Prescott on your next trip. Melanie was awesome at communicating and simplified our stay. We will be renting here again for sure!!

We loved the location and the property. The kitchen was perfect for our plans and was well-stocked with items we needed to cook our meals. Communication was quick and easy. We had one question and received a response very quickly. We had hoped to use the fireplace, but there was a note that it was not available. Turned out the weather was warmer than normal so it worked out.

It is in great location — close to downtown Prescott but in a quiet neighborhood. The house was exceptionally clean, and the host responded immediately to questions.

Loved the house, and the outdoor space. The house was well equipped with everything a person would need. And the street way very quiet.

This was our second stay at this beautiful property and it has become our go to house in Prescott. Clean, safe and conveniently located the house is perfectly set up for an enjoyable stay. Check in is a breeze as is communication with the owners. Hioghly recommend.

Wanted a quick last minute getaway and this house was a perfect fit for the family. Easy to get to and conveniently within walking distance of downtown Whiskey Row and to local trails. Highly recommend.

The house was great. Very vintage, but all the modern amenities. Hosts are very attentive to guests needs. Nice central Prescott location in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay again when we’re in the area.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The home was as cute as button.The only down side was: we couldn’t use the fireplace, the secondary bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable and the heater stopped working, however, the property manager sent over maintenance immediately and they remedy the problem with the heater quickly.

Overall a great place to stay. The house is very cute with tons of historical charm. Close to downtown for easy accessibility to everything. The host was fantastic and incredibly responsive through the app with any questions I had. 5+ stars and highly recommended

Cozy home in the historic district. Great backyard to sit out in. Easy access to shopping and downtown events. The sparkler on the BBQ doesn’t work but can be lit using matches. Also, there are limited BBQ tools to clean the grill, it is probably best to bring your own.

Very roomy, nice outdoor area, house stocked with everything u could need, very easy to connect with owner. Loved the enclosed sunroom too, and the history book about the home. Thank u so much, very pleasant stay😊
