Stayed Oct 24, 2025We rented the full house/both apartments for a weekend and it was perfect! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable, and the house was clean. It is an old house, so if you have people who go to bed at different hours, the creaky floors might be a problem for light sleepers, but we really loved our stay!

Stayed Apr 24, 2025My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this two story spacious home. We rented the entire home, which is technically two units so we had two living rooms and two kitchens. Plenty of space for our party. We'd happily stay here again!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025We had a group of girls (moms and daughters) stay here for a sleepover/birthday/bonding weekend and it was perfect! First of all- the host is super responsive and in my instance, was super accomadating! The house and furniture/finishes were all gorgeous! Little touches like a bow made out of the paper towels in the kitchen made it obvious they put the extra effort into their properties. The bathrooms were completely stocked with soap/shampoo which was a nice surprise (even though we didnt need it). The bed i slept in was SO comfy, and the neighborhood was great. Very nice very quiet neighborhood right by the hospital. We didnt need the yard, but it was also nice! We rented out both units, upstairs and downstairs (we had 12 people sleepover, plus my husband and baby stopped by off and on). There was plenty of sleeping space. My only complaint would be that the living rooms/kitchen area were definitely tight for a large group- which is only an issue if you have a large group and are wanting everybody to hang out in the same area frequently. Each living room comfortably sits 6 adults. Even though half of our group were young kids, most people were standing while in the kitchen, and we ended up doing kids in one living room while the moms hung out in the other living room. Overall, we had a great stay. Great place, great location, great host!

Stayed Nov 26, 2024What a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! Location was excellent - close to the zoo and City Museum, our favorites. Bonus to have two kitchens for prepping and devouring a full Thanksgiving meal together. (The basic cooking utensils and pots/pans were already present, and our local family brought over the extra kitchen supplies we needed.) The pack and play and sturdy high chair, plus two sets of washer/dryers, were helpful to us. Fresh games and puzzles were great to have on hand, as well as a fenced-in back yard to send the kiddos outside for a bit. While there are only 2 bathrooms, they are quite spacious and worked fine for families with younger kids. The only not-great part was bright lights outside the bedroom windows that stay on all night, even as we understand it's a good thing they're there. We will definitely try to stay here again if we all gather in STL.

Stayed May 24, 2024House was actullay two units that we had access to both, so two kitchens and two living rooms. Old building with excellent updates and modernizations. Walkable to excellent neighborhood bars and restaurants. Easy walk to Central west end llight rail. Only issue is parking, It is not free Up to two vehicles must be registered by Host with local parking enforcement. We were ther an hour early and got a ticket within 5 minutes. There is closeby garage parking at Barnes jewish hospital, for extra cars or time but had to find that myself. lilght rail stops right at the ballpark for those going to Cardinals games. Easy walk to Forest park with the st louis Zoo, history and art museums.
