Historic Beaufort NC House, 3-Bedroom 2-Story, Big Yard, Walk/Bike Everywhere

Property was as shown. Flowers and garden area were gorgeous!!! Outside shower was nice after coming home from the beach. Super convenient location. Would stay again and recommend. Host was super helpful and easy to work with.

This was our best experience with VRBO yet. The property owner - Robert Rose-has put time and effort into creating a space that is clean, beautiful, unique and comfortable. The house has historical books and items from the community that create a true sense of space. The area has many family friendly things to do, fresh seafood, and a laid back vibe. Rob was also communicative and prompt in his responses regarding check in and check out. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

Rob was superior in communication and his property was excellent. Enjoyed a week long stay with my brother’s family and we had plenty of space. How was well equipped with everything needed. Location was 5 minutes from the boat ramp and the waters around Beaufort are beautiful to explore. We will be back.

My husband and I loved staying here! You actually look forward to coming home to George Street at the end of the day. You might even want to stay home, relax, do a puzzle, read a book or play a game all provided by the owner. It was sparkling clean, equipped with everything you would need to stay a long weekend or a couple of months. Close to everything beautiful Beaufort has to offer, you will want to come back to this treasure.

We (two adults and a dog) spent two weeks at this house in Beaufort. Everything about our stay was most satisfactory. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The appliances, including washer and dryer, are new. The rest of the house is up-to-date and quite comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the large, shaded back-yard. Our favorite room was the breezeway, which functions as a pleasant sun room. The house’s location is superb. At the end of the street, turn right, and grocery stores, drug stores, banks, etc., are close by. Turn left, and the center of historic Beaufort and its waterfront are only five minutes away.

A bit older but tidy and comfortable. Not too far to walk to the waterfront. Quiet, nice and safe neighborhood.

We absolutely loved the house! It was stocked with everything we needed. It is very tastefully decorated and warm and inviting. From the high quality bedding and towels to the wonderful antiques, everything made us feel as if were welcome. The owner clearly cares about his guests experience and we are grateful for his hospitality. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet residential area, a short gulf cart ride to the grocery store and downtown Beaufort. We had access to beaches, restaurants, fishing and swimming spots. It was the best vacation we’ve had in years! I would recommend it to anyone.
