Hip Old Town North Gem! Near Breweries and River!

We loved the ability to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and breweries!

This is a convenient location and a clean townhouse. The reason I gave it a low rating is because it’s not designed for people to hang out in. There is nowhere for people to hang out comfortably. The den has a couch has no arms on it and sit straight up. The kitchen table has metal chairs with hardbacks. There’s one barstool in the upstairs outside area was not clean in the furniture was most definitely not comfortable. There’s only a small period of time in the fall that it’s warm enough to sit up there anyway.It’s unfortunate. I really wanted to love the place, but they need to invest more in thinking about how people can relax in that environment. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.

Pro: As advertised, clean, modern, location, location, location. 5 - 20 min walk to Poudre Trail, New Belgium and Old Town. Quiet area. 2Bd, 2.5ba is great.Con: There are stairs to the bedroom s, you do share walls as a townhome (not an issue during our stay), The HVAC is a bit loud trying to watch a late evening TV, and it would be nice to have an l-shaped couch instead of the futon bed on the first level,

Perfect location, close to CSU and restaurants. Love the roof top deck. We have worked with Stacy on multiple trips to Fort Collins and have always had a fantastic experience!

The place was cozy and perfect for what we needed.

There were 2 couples that stayed at the property. Loved the 2 en suite bathrooms in each bedroom. Great location with walking distance to downtown, walking trails and breweries. House was comfortable for the 4 of us with the only negative being the exterior was in need of some TLC. I would rate the property an 8.5 out of 10.

Loved Ft Collins. We found rental was too far to walk to downtown but easy to drive. Rental was well stocked and easy to cook and fulfilled our needs of a family gathering.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying in this property. The location is excellent. It's close to downtown, without being in the somewhat congested downtown (old town) area. There are hiking and biking trails only two blocks away as well. The townhouse is nice and tidy as described in the listing. In short, we would definitely stay in this property again. Also I would like to give a shout out to Stacy, the Property Manager, for her excellent communication. Dealing with her was a pleasure.

This is our second stay at this property and we love it! The location is perfect and we are able to walk everywhere. Stacy has thought of everything in terms of amenities, even small fans for both bedrooms! Everything is immaculate and well thought out. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you!!

Stacy’s place was perfect for our quick weekend trip away! Close to breweries and activities. Home was super clean. Beds were comfy. The only thing we all agreed on was that the bedrooms needed blackout curtains. Great big windows which is nice, but definitely need to block the light for better quality sleep. Other than that, would totally visit again!

Came in to drop off our daughter who is a student at CSU. Great location near the restaurants and shops of Old Town but easy to get to campus as well. House is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Check in/out process was easy and host was responsive to questions. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Short stay for a local wedding. Great location. Walk to every event. Great shops downtown quiet neighborhood. Great rooftop at the property. Bird watching

The property was exactly like the photos and super clean. The check in and check out was easy. Stacey was very prompt and responsive to any questions I had. I was visiting family in the area and we wanted our own space but also wanted to be close. This property was half Mile from my son’s home and 2 minutes to old town it was the perfect location. Would definitely rent again

Just right for two people, with room to spread out. A great walking neighborhood and an easy walk to Old Town. Know that the AC struggles to cool the upstairs in hot weather, but the fans help circulate the air.
