Hillview Manor- close to Dreams Park, game room, fire pit

We booked Hillview Manor for our family’s week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. From the start, communication with our host was so easy and they always responded quickly. The house is AMAZING!!! Just beautiful and so clean! Everything we needed was there, it was spacious and we instantly felt at home! Our drive to Dreams Park was no more than 7 minutes, the location is great! Our hosts truly knocked it out of the park, we definitely recommend Hillview Manor!

Ample space for 3-4 families visiting Cooperstown Dreams Park. We took full advantage of all the amenities including the kitchen, grill, pool table, and outdoor space. You can even get a glimpse of the fireworks through the trees on the last evening from Dreams Park! Would 10/10 stay here again or recommend to others! Cody was an exceptional host that made sure all of our needs were met!

We could not be any happier with choosing this home for our Cooperstown experience! It was perfect in every way. The amenities in the kitchen are unmatched with any other rental we have ever stayed in previously. It has EVERYTHING you need and then some. Massive fridge and freezer, great microwave and oven combo, toaster, toaster oven, air fryer, outdoor gas grill, and every potential knife, ladle, spoon, spatula, utensil, etc. The outdoor fire pit had some leftover wood and a wick, perhaps from the previous renter…if not, then that was a very nice touch by the owner of this property. The bedrooms were plenty big and they each have a TV with Roku service. The bathrooms came with plenty of toilet paper,1towels and hand soaps. We had 3 families stay here and it was plenty big enough for all of us. It was super convenient being only 9 minutes from Dreams Park. We would definitely stay here again if ever came back to Cooperstown.

We stayed here for a Field of Dreams week. Adults included myself, my husband, my 14 year-old son, and 3 Seniors (Grandparents). The home was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication leading up to our week was clear and move-in/check out was an absolute breeze. I especially appreciated all of the storage space in each bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay at Hillview Manor. The location is very close to Dreams Park…an easy 7-8 minute drive. Such a beautiful and quiet location and we loved our neighbors, the cows, and watching them graze and wander around the fields. Plenty of bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, clean home, and comfortable beds. Thank you!

The house is absolutely beautiful with tons of space! The property was very clean and well stocked. This home is an excellent choice if your boys are playing at Dreams Park! It is in a fantastic location right in the middle of Dreamspark and downtime. Cody was very welcoming and attentive the whole trip! We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was so great! Very spacious and comfortable. It was also located nice and close to Dreams Park. The host went above and beyond for us. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely book here again.

The house is very large with plenty of space and has everything you need. The host has thought of everything that you might need in the house and it is in a fantastic location right in the middle of Dreamspark and downtime, super close to everything ! We would love to stay here again, awesome host and house !

The property was excellent for 3 families with kids. There was room for more. The property was very clean which made it easy to get comfortable and settle in for a weeks stay. Cody and family were welcoming, attentive and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again. The property is excellent choice if your boys are playing at Dreams Park. Our boys played at All Star Village so it was about a 25 minute ride back and forth. We got used to it and again would stay here if we had to do it again.
