Carters Lake is just a short drive away, and the smooth, paved roads make getting here easy.



The Space:

Hilltop Haven was made forfamilies. It’s been our own getaway for years, and it has the comfortable, happy feel of a home that’s been well loved. There’s room for everyone to gather, plenty of beds, and a relaxed atmosphere where kids can be kids and grown-ups can finally put their feet up.

This is where cousins stay up late laughing, grandparents take in the morning quiet with coffee, and everyone comes together at the table for dinner. We keep it spotless and stocked with what you need so you can skip the planning and enjoy the time together.

Why families love it

• Room for everyone. Several bedrooms with a mix of king, queen, and bunk beds, so parents, kids, cousins, and grandparents can all stay under one roof.

• Big, welcoming common areas. Plenty of space for family dinners, board game battles, movie nights, and slow mornings in pajamas.

• Easy with kids. Durable, comfortable furnishings mean you can relax while the little ones play.

• Close to Carters Lake. Head to the beach for swimming, splashing, and sunny afternoons, then come back to plenty of space to unwind.

• Easy to reach. Smooth, well-kept roads all the way to the door. Bring the sedan, the minivan, or the SUV.

Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES

Booking guest must be at least 25 years old and stay at the property for the entire reservation.



Maximum guest count must not exceed the number on the reservation, including children and infants. No unregistered overnight guests.



No parties or events. Family gatherings and quiet celebrations with registered guests only.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am out of respect for neighbors. No loud music, yelling, or outdoor noise during these times.



No smoking, vaping, anywhere on the property! No illegal substances inside the home or on the property



No pets are allowed at any time. Bringing a pet to the property is a violation of the house rules and may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.



No moving heavy furniture or disconnecting/rewiring electronics, Wi‑Fi equipment, or TVs.



Use the home and its contents with care. Report any damage or issues immediately so we can address them. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.



Only use designated parking areas. Do not block neighbors’ driveways or access. No RVs, campers, or trailers without prior approval.



No open flames indoors (candles, incense, etc.). Observe any local fire bans or restrictions.



Check‑out procedures must be followed: start the dishwasher (if there are dirty dishes), take trash to the designated bins, turn off lights, and lock all doors and windows.



Do not access locked owner’s closets or storage areas. These are for owner use only.
