Hillside Home - Sweeping Views - Two Level Pool - Carport - Gated Community

Our stay in this property was amazing! My family enjoyed our stay and the staff was absolutely amazing! This was a great experience overall

We had a great stay at Casa Ventanas. It was well equipped for our family of 8. The location is good for access to restaurants and beaches. Views are beautiful. The house had pool toys and plenty of beach chairs. The indoor and outdoor kitchen had what we needed for cooking meals when we didn’t want to go out to the many great restaurants in the area. A car is definitely needed. We had 2 cars. The road to the house is steep but doable. Rich Coast management was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. Overall a great vacation.

The home is in a great location and is beautiful. However, the home was dirty upon arrival and we spent half of the first day cleaning. The furniture is a bit dilapidated and over all needs to be updated. The noise from the construction and busy highway should be noted in the advertisement.

My family loved staying here! The views!!!! Incredible! The house was beautiful and clean, the pool is outstanding we have never stayed in a place as amazing as this! The upper pool is shallow which was perfect for my 3 yr old to play and the lower pool is deeper! Great set up! the extra beach towels were very helpful, access to a washing machine made our lives easier- thanks for sharing laundry detergent, the whole house has AC, that was fantastic!!! the linens were clean and comfortable, the house manager team was responsive and helpful, and the location right above hermosa and coco beach and a quick drive to Panama beach was our favorite beach! Close to multiple restaurants and stores. and even tho it’s a steep incline to and from the house… you get used to it quickly and there is an extra driveway across the house that we used for our 2nd car that made parking feel a lot safer. We feel blessed to have to stayed here!

We had a great time staying at Casa Ventanas for a week in early July. The house had more than enough room for our family of four. It was clean, spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. Yes, the road in/out is steep, but you get used to it. We had an AWD car and never ran into an issue. Being on a hill is how you get the great view. Rich Coast Vacations was very responsive to all our questions/needs and even helped us coordinate a private fishing trip and private ATV tour. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!!

Our stay in Costa Rica was absolutely magical! The home was spacious enough for all seven of us, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. The pool and view were straight out of a dream—and waking up to butterflies and a view from the bedroom (and even the showers!) was something we’ll never forget. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch, and we even grilled one night for dinner. We spent our evenings enjoying the sunset and having game nights—some of our favorite memories from the trip. Every little detail made our stay special, but what stood out most was the warmth of the people—we felt so welcomed everywhere we went. An unforgettable trip and the perfect family getaway. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Very nice home in central location to excursions. Ac worked great. Would stay again. Definitely glad we got the 4 wheel drive SUV.

First the good- Costa Rica is beautiful. The homes proximity to Playa Hermosa is great and it’s a great beach. The homes configuration is exceptional for two couples and two are sized nicely. Our mattress and linens were great. The other couple said there bed was squeaky but comfortable. There were only a couple of live bugs over the ten days we were there. That seems exceptional. The kitchen is spacious. The grill area is useful and attractive. The home overlooks playa Hermosa. They provided lots of laundry detergent. There were plenty of towels. The beach chairs were great and it was nice having them available. The internet was fast. The bad- road noise is constant and takes away from the tranquility we expected while relaxing by the pool. The noise is truly terrible. The home was dirty and had not been cleaned well before we arrived. The pool was cloudy and unkept for three out of ten days we were there. The pots and pans were cheap. The driveway is severely sloped and makes coming and going frightening for two of our guests. One of the lounge chairs by the pool was broken. Rich Coast Vacations were responsive and helpful. I would rent from them again. We will visit Playa Hermosa and Coco again.

This home was more beautiful than the pictures online. The views from all the windows were stunning. We enjoyed getting up every day and having coffee by the pool and looking out over the water.What a perfect way to start each day.The location is great for access to the town Coco and Hermosa Beach.Great restaurants!The services we utilized that were provided by the management group were so nice. We ordered groceries to be delivered to the home before we arrived. It saved us a trip to the store that first day.We also had Chef Aron come one night to prepare a meal. The food was amazing, and he has a very comfortable personality that made it nice while we enjoyed the food. We wish we had him come cook more than just once.I would go back to this beautiful home again when we visit Costa Rica.

The view from this house is absolutely breathtaking. The drive to the house might give some anxiety. Our initial drive to the house was a bit nerve wrecking. However it did seem easier each time. Definitely make sure you have 4 wheel drive. We had 2 all wheel drive vehicles that had a bit of a hard time getting up the steep drive and then backing into the car port. The house fit 8 people very well. The bedrooms are very nice sizes and the air conditioners in each room upstairs worked great. My only suggestion would be to maybe install a wall unit in the downstairs bedroom as it was a bit warm. The outdoor areas are absolutely amazing. We enjoyed so much of our time in the infinity pool. While you are in the pool the views are spectacular. You see so many butterflies and beautiful birds as well. We did have a very large iguana who came to visit daily as well. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had everything we needed. My only small complaints were that the bathrooms and the kitchen were a bit dirty. Not sure if it was because it hadn’t been occupied for a little while. But there were small insects dead and alive in both areas.
