The Owner was very helpful. We had everything we needed. Perfect place for a group.

We had a great time! Everything was ready fr us including many little extras that showed such attention t detail. The hosts were very attentive and responsive to all questions. Would definitely stay again!

Way above and beyond, stayed here for Christmas celebration with family from Nashville. We traveled from Florida and this stay was absolutely amazing, the owner even had Christmas tree and decorations up, made all the difference to my wife, completely happy with the rental, but the fees ! Stevens’s reality is managing property and I wish all fees and costs were up front, it took 4 different times to run card and pay then the deposits are separate and they ran card again without permission for another deposit???? Just give me all costs upfront and process once, that would be so much easier

A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights! The house was clean and in a good location. It was a good space if you are traveling with your pet too. Just be aware that there is a 200 pet fee.

House was very clean. Kitchen fully stocked and laundry capabilities were very nice. Had an easy to use grill outside as well as fire pit. The convenience of the location was great and an easy Uber ride to Broadway. Also discovered a fun hardware store that served beer/food/played music and friendly locals just mile up road in Joelton. Nice walking trail for our dog a mile up road. Only downside is the busy highway out front however you are far enough up driveway and have plenty of land where it wasn’t too concerning…..just hard to pull into driveway when you’re not very familiar and people riding your butt!

Host was very welcoming. Everything was great. Good location to downtown nashville.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and another couple. We really liked that it was out of the downtown area and away from all the noise of Nashville, yet not too far out of the way. House was clean and cozy. Spoke with owner, what a great guy. Dog friendly. House has everything you need and more. We would recommend, and would stay there again. Thank you Dave!

This house is super cute and cozy. Very clean and all amenities were attentively thought out. The beds were extremely comfortable. It's a very quiet area as it's situated outside of Nashville, but only a 15-20 minute Uber ride to just about anywhere. UberEats was also available as was a grocery store a few miles north, and there's also a grill on site. The porch was a perfect place to sit for morning coffee. Property Manager was quick to answer questions, even on a Sunday. My only complaint would be that the TV room seating could be better. There's only a small sofa and recliner so it wasn't very comfortable. Other than that I highly recommend this property!

this place was better than we expected, the only issue I had was not getting the address - until we were already on the road, this was the 1st time we tried a VRBO and it was good , the place was in a good location close to downtown Nashville, we would definitely recommend it, thanks for everything :)

Great place to stay. Our son attends Belmont University and we wanted to stay outside of town for a quieter weekend. Great location to get on and off the interstate.

My husband, myself and our 9 yr old german shepherd thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay in the Hillbilly Haven. It was exactly as advertised. There were the little things that made it enjoyable. We literally moved our clothes in, the dog bed and got a few groceries. When I say a few, I really mean a few. There was coffee for our use, there was saran wrap/aluminum foill, glad bags, extra garbage bags if we needed ( we didnt). It is literally 20 mins from downtown Nashville. Even during rush hour! Easy peasy drive. Saw about 6 deer in the backyard the first morning there. My dog didnt really care about them as they went up the hill. The place is comfortable clean, and quite peaceful after the sun goes down I didnt mind the traffic noise during the day. Was down below you ( the house is on a hill), so you dont hear it much. Didnt bother us at all. I will give this place a 10/10..

Overall, the stay was great! The host made sure we had everything that we needed. The host did greet us upon arrival and stay’s in the back yard in a little hut that you can see from the back bedroom window. It felt a little strange at first but he was nice and let us know he was around if we needed anything.It would have also been better to have the pet fee in the overall price when we paid originally instead of having to pay 200 the week of our vacation. We did not realize it was not already included when we paid for the overall VRBO cost. Otherwise, great stay!

The house was clean and quite area, house was stocked with everything you would need.

The property was clean, easily accessible and only a short drive from Nashville. We really enjoyed how it was located just far enough away from the bigger city suburbs and yet still close enough it didnt require an entire day to drive anywhere.

If you're looking for a five star hotel, this ain't it. If you're looking for an incredibly well stocked place to sleep, you get two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and a dryer, two living rooms and a camp style fire pit and seating area in the front of the driveway. The driveway fits a few cars and it has a really cute wraparound porch. The downside is is that it's very dated but again if you were expecting a five star hotel of that size for that price, then shame on you.

This property was perfect for two couples. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms gave us extra privacy. Spacious house with two sitting rooms and the kitchen was great. LOVED the veranda - we sat outside every morning with our coffee. BBQ and fire pit was great to have as well. This is only a 20 minute drive to downtown. Only down side is the traffic noise - busy highway so it isn't really quiet. Would definitely recommend.

We came down with our friends for their daughters 21st birthday. Location was quiet and peacfull and a 15 min. trip to Broadway.

This was a very quaint place to stay during our Nashville visit. It was like stepping into Grandma & Grandpas house. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels and extra bedding/blankets if needed. If staying w/ another couple or extra family each room really gets their own full bathroom and that is great. With the hustle and bustle of Nashville traffic it does take 20 minutes or longer to get downtown and to other places. So if you plan on using Uber or Lyft be prepared for cost it can be anywhere $16 to over $30 per trip depending on time of day, and can fluctuate w/in minutes, we had a rental car but still Uber'd in to town so we could enjoy our day and not have to worry about driving back (we heard Lyft was cheaper but didn't use). Easy to get to from the airport and Grand Ole' Opry and even Belle Meade and hiking locations. The house is located on a busier 2 lane highway so there is a lot of traffic noise and we weren't expecting that. We would definitely stay here again. If you want to be close to downtown/Broadway your entire trip and not have to drive this wouldn't be an ideal place, if you want to be out of Nashville this would be perfect for you. We also had had a nice fire one night and sat outside and played cards, it was very relaxing. Cutest porch, wish when we where there it was warmer in the mornings because I would have loved to just sit on the porch and drink my morning coffee.

Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We attended live the Mike Huckabee show and visited the Rock Castle. Played cards with our friends at night. Very enjoyable visit

Very nice well maintained property in a great location

This was the perfect getaway just the right distance from Nashville. We went in to Nashville during the day to see the sights and returned to Hillbilly Haven in the evening to relax. The house was clean and had everything we needed to fix dinners there. It was great!
