High Point Vacation Rental w/ Private Deck!

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the entire family. Close to the heart of the city and to the university. Clean. Owner was easy to work with.

Spacious house. Clean and roomy.

The house was in good shape. There were not enough towels or blankets (it was extremely cold), so I had to run out and buy some. The sunroom had mold all over the baseboards and the outside needed some work, we couldn't let the kids play in the back because of unsafe conditions. But, we really enjoyed the house.

We had difficulty entering and contacted our host who responded immediately!! and let us in and changed the pass code for us. Wow! Great service!House was very clean and perfect for our extended family to enjoy for the weekend.

My family rented this property to stay in for a wedding. It was roomey enough able to accomodate all 14 of us, well stocked and close to the wedding venue. The cleanliness was less than expected and the home has some noisy plumbing issues. Signs labeling where to find towels, etc. was appreciated and the welcome binder with restaurant info. and home instructions was helpful.

Great house and stay and attention to detail in the home! One thing that was alittle odd is how the outside lawn was not cared for and the grass was really overgrown. Outside of that it was great.

The house is beautiful and spacious BUT I feel like with our group, we could have had TV’s in more of the rooms. It was little things that could have been a little better. We have stayed at many Vrbos homes so we experiences. So it’s definitely has a lot of potential.

This home is huge, quiet, safe and very clean. Our family (multi-gen) stayed here for our son’s graduation from HPU. It’s 10 minutes to campus and was more space than we even needed. Location is great for anyone attending the Furniture Markets, too. Owner is wonderfully communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We were initially concerned upon arrival to the home because the lawn was very unkept. The grass needed to be cut and the bushes needed to be trimmed. So needless to say, we did not spend any time in the front or backyard. Inside the home was a different story. The home was overall clean and very spacious. There was more than enough room to be comfortable and bed space for everyone. We traveled with 14 family members, adults and children. The main level open designed allowed for family gathering and kid friendly movement. The basement area was great for watching movies, playing video games, or just watching the start of the Olympics games. There were two additional bedrooms and a remodeled bathroom in the basement that were not mentioned in the home description. The bedrooms upstairs were nice, clean, and roomy and there were two full bathroom upstairs. The master bedroom was large with a nice master bathroom adjoined. There was a closed-in outside porch area off the dinning area, an upstairs outside deck and a downstairs outside deck area that needed some work, but would be an asset if it were cleaned up and useable. The driveway easily fit three big SUVs and the location was great, near grocery options, restaurants, and shopping. Overall our stay at this vacation rental was positive and I would recommend for those needing a big place.
