High End Southwest Luxury, Spa-like Baths, Steam Shr, Sauna, Garage,Pool,Hot Tub

Debbie’s High End SW Luxury condo was fantastic! The location was perfect, just outside of town allowing for our Moab based National Parks adventure. The condo was loaded with a large kitchen, plenty of seating and enough beds for our large family. We took advantage of the nice weather and grilled out on the patio and enjoyed a few soaks in the hot tub! We’d definitely recommend Debbie’s condo for a trip to Moab!

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The hot tub and the steam shower were highlights. The downside is the rules and checkout instructions. I did make sure to follow the rules to avoid the extra fees that were threatened. Be aware it makes for a stressful checkout in the morning. Here are just some of the rules. No shoes allowed inside. Guests must take out the trash which is located at the condo clubhouse. So at checkout, I’m wandering around with a trash bag hailing down strangers to ask where the clubhouse is. Check out is 10am not 11am. Guests must wash AND PUT AWAY all the dishes. Guests must adjust the thermostat up or down upon checkout depending on the season. Where is the thermostat? The hot tub can’t be over 102 degrees. Condo towels may not be used at the clubhouse pool. No sauces allowed on the grill or you must use tin foil. If sauces are used, an extra cleaning fee is charged. I just didn’t cook at all. I get the feeling the hosts are underpaying their cleaning staff and putting some chores onto their guests in order to get away with it.

The home is located in a pleasant quiet neighborhood, with a well-stocked kitchen. Access was easy, and having a garage was a great bonus that we really enjoyed.

Great accommodations; just as described and as shown in pics. Close and accessible to Arches Natl Park as well as local hikes (Ken's Lake/Faux Falls and Mill Creek Trail). While farther from Canyonlands and Dead Horse State Park, it was still an easy drive to both in under an hour. Great views from the patio/hot tub.

Enjoyed every minute of a two night stay! Interior & exterior of property as advertised along with hot tub-sauna-pool access. Quiet neighborhood & conveniently close to Moab - Arches NP - Canyonlands NP. Do not pass up the opportunity to rent e-bikes & ride the trails around Moab. Pasta Jays is recommended for dinner.We will return in the future.

Our stay in Moab was relaxing and serene with great views. The house was very thoughtfully done. Hot tub was great for star gazing. The location was perfect with great views. We recommend and will be returning.

As we were hiking in the Big 5, we spend 3 nights as a home base in Moab. The home was spotless and in a great location. We were able to cook and anything we needed, we found. The home is very well stocked. The decor was a delight as much thought has gone into it. It was also a pleasure to have the use of a garage, which helped with loading and unloading. We were very pleased with our choice.

This is beauty full house, very nicely decorated with garage, kitchen, and beautiful patio.Great location just five minutes from the town nice and quiet.I will definitely stay next time. I just loved it so much..

We had a great time in Moab. The location can't be beat with amazing views. We loved watching the sunset and stargazing from the hot tub. The house was so nice it was hard to leave to go explore the rest of Moab.

Wonderful home. Sauna and hot tub made it extra special. Hiking in Arches National Park was absolutely amazing! Perfect weather, cold but crystal clear. Stars at night were incredible. Would definitely recommend.

You won't find a better place to stay in Moab. High quality.

Fantastic stay just outside Moab. Fireplaces in the bedrooms, ample space, wonderful hot tub and more. We spent a lovely Christmas here. Very peaceful spot!

We loved staying in this gorgeous Moab home. We enjoyed the sauna, hot tub,grill, and board games. The well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook meals in to save a little money. The beds were comfortable and the little touches like maps and travel books helped us plan our days. I would definitely recommend this home!

Our accommodations were comfortable and the home is well stocked with all you need. The pool is under construction and that was disappointing. There are signs of wear and tear in the house but it was comfortable for the four nights. It is a great location to visit Arches and Canyonlands.

The house was musty but overall it was a nice place to stay. Worked well for our group. It was a very short stay there so didn’t get to take advantage of the sauna. Very strange there was no door to master bathroom or a separate toilet room so zero privacy there. The shower was very nice. Overall we were comfortable there.

Comfortable and big house with everything you could maybe need. Hot tub, sauna, grill, patio ... we enjoyed our stay near the National Parks in this peaceful spot out of town.

From the moment you walk through the door, it's obvious that the hosts care about their guests and want them to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. First and most important to us, the home was very, very clean! Second, it had everything we needed and then some- comfortable beds, enough towels, plenty of dishes/cups/silverware, coffee filters, extra pillows, and a great laundry area with hangers to hang things that can't go in the dryer. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design and decor of the home and we really appreciated all of those details. The view from the patio is as amazing as it looks in the photos. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with when we wanted to use the hot tub and look at the stars, but we got to see an incredible lightning storm from the patio. The neighborhood is very, very quiet which we loved and is minutes from downtown Moab and also very close to Arches National Park. We all said as a family that staying at this property with its decor and view really added to our Moab trip!

We enjoyed our stay in Moab. The property is very well equipped and had all the must have items. 10 minute drive to downtown and 15 to Arches. Great, quiet location if being walking distance to downtown isn’t a priority

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, very well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. After a long days exploring Moab and Canyonlands, it was great to come back and relax in this space.
