High End Home in St Joseph, MI with Water Views & Pool! 7 night minimum.

St Joe is a wonderful place to visit! The beach, shopping, and places to eat are great! When you rent a place you want to feel at home and that is how we felt at Estate of Grace! The place was immaculate! King size beds in every room are very comfortable! Emily was easy to work with! I highly recommend renting this wonderful home!

This house was great for our intergenerational family of six adults and three children. The beaches and restaurants are only five minutes away. Upon arrival, the house was immaculate, and contactless check-in was easy. The house has quality finishes and comfortable furniture in the family-friendly, open-concept living area. We enjoyed movie nights with the kids, which is hard to do in most rentals with nine people. The kitchen had nice appliances and most things we needed. The four bedrooms all had king beds and were comfortable with quality linens. The closets provided ample room for luggage storage, and one was used as a “nursery” with a pack ‘n’ play baby bed. The primary suite is huge and easily accommodated two toddler beds that we brought. There are wood blinds on all the windows throughout the house but no blackout curtains in the bedrooms, so I would bring an eye mask if we go again. Having the washer/dryer on the 2nd floor is convenient. There are ample bath towels and beach towels, and four beach chairs available that we did not use. Minimalism is appreciated without a zillion pillows everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a walking path, a bridge, and a small harbor with amazing boats. The community pool is small but has a pleasant temperature and is only a couple of minutes down the block. Parking is restricted, but three spaces are available, and free parking at the resort is only 5 minutes away.This is one of the best rentals we have stayed in.

The house is immaculate and very comfortable. The house is very new and feels very bright and open. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were especially comfortable. One of the nicest homes we've stayed in. The host communicates very well and did everything to make our stay enjoyable.

Family trip to the beach at its finest! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you will need for your beach vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bedrooms each have very comfortable bed and bedding to help you recharge from your day at the beach or shopping. The shared pool on the grounds is also a very nice perk for those days you want to chill out at home. I would highly recommend this property..you will not be disappointed! Emily is an amazing host and was very easy to get a hold of throughout our trip.

We enjoyed our stay at “Estate of Grace”! They thought of everything. I always pack necessities like paper towels, hand soap, toiletries, but they supplied it for us. They even provided coffee pods. We enjoyed walking along the river and through the neighborhood every evening. Emily was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed! We would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about our vacation here! The house is brand new with amazing amenities. The house was so comfortable- beds, couches, towels, decor- and we felt right at home. We had 9 people staying and with all the outdoor space we never felt crowded. The pool was the star of our stay and it was so convenient that it was so close to us. We were minutes to the very cute downtown and so many beaches, that felt like we were at the ocean. We will definitely come back! Thank you!
