Great overnight say with 2 dogs. House was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Property is clean and close to a lot of stuff!

Do not be deceived by the pictures. The house is a shack from the outside and it is in a horribly run down neighborhood. Upon entering the house we immediately got hit with the overwhelming smell of marijuana. The entire house smelled horrible. While walking through the house we noticed how dirty the house was. The floors had not been moped they were extremely dirty. On top of that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. There was still pee stains on the toilet from the last renters, the soap dispenser had a long black curly hair right on the top of it ( that I almost touched trying to wash my hands) and worst of all there was a huge hair ball in the bottom of the shower from the last renters. We went to sit down on the couch and got an overwhelming smell of urine. The house was discussing. I immediately reached out to the host to see if he could send someone over to clean the house with no answer from him. So I tried to call him still no answer. I then called Verbo and even they could not reach him. It took over and hour for him to finally get back to me. He sent someone over but all they cleaned was the toilet. Not the floors or the shower or anything else. I tried reaching back out to him again 3 more times. But, he failed to ever respond back to me the entire weekend. This host is horrible he cares nothing about his renters or there comfort while staying at his house. He is the epitome of slum lord. He care about nothing more than collecting your money.

Nicely remodeled home and so close to Texas Tech. Would definitely rent again.

The house was great.

The house was clean. The shower was good, the king size bed was comfortable (did not use the 2nd bedroom). Adam was very responsive.

Overall, it was a nice place for a good price. Communication was simple and pleasant and the check in process as well as the checkout process were a breeze.

Great location for Texas Tech activities! Close to restaurants, the stadium, and University Blvd. shopping. Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive.

Our family stayed here during Tech-In. The house was spotless and comfortable, and the location is minutes from campus (by car). Excellent communication by host. Highly recommend.

Clean, well maintained property. Comfort and affordability were my top needs for this trip and this property fit the bill.

This was the perfect house for my husband and daughter. It was just the right size, plenty of space. Only thing about the inside was the loose toilet. The outside needed some love but overall great house. We would stay there again.

We were in town for a TTU football game and were able to walk to the game in the gorgeous weather. The house is clean, tidy and exactly as advertised. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. We would stay here again.

The inside of the house is gorgeous and the neighborhood was very quiet. The neighbors we did interact with were very nice and welcoming. Bed was super comfy! It was super close to Texas Tech and all of the excellent places to eat. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Hidden Tech Beauty. The home is nice remodeled. The furnishings are comfortable and the bathroom shower is big! We were close to campus and stadium. We had no problems for our weekend stay. The only thing unexpected was the neighborhood. The neighborhood is older, several houses on the street are run down and have boarded up windows. It was quiet and we had no safety issues. Overall, we enjoyed the home and our visit .

This little house was in the perfect location for our route home on Highway 84. While there is no ‘hot tub’ there is an amazing walk-in shower. The neighborhood is a bit older but super quiet. The hosts are super thoughtful- coffee and to-go cups were great. There was a huge television for us to watch football on. The king bed was amazing and I’m sure the queen was just as nice. I would have liked a porch light but it had a motion sensor light that worked great. The spot was just what we needed. Highly recommend it.

This house is immaculate! It is decorated very nice and was extremely clean. We were there for our son's college move-in and the location was very convenient to Texas Tech.

We were in town for just one night to tour Tech. This place was perfect! We were minutes away from the campus and the house was so cute! We loved being able to have our dog with us and have enough space for her to roam around after a long car ride. Communication was amazing! If we have a future Tech student, this will definitely be our favorite place to stay!
