A lovely beach house with everything we needed - games and puzzles, kitchen supplies, excellent fly screens, comfortable beds. The view and sea breeze are lovely, and beach and pool so close. Helpful host with great communication. Thanks for sharing this special place with us!

This cottage is indeed a jewel, very well-appointed, comfortable and breezy with outstanding views. Our host made sure everything was in order for us and made contact with us early in our stay to check that all was going well. We loved our week there.

Black Head is gorgeous. We really loved the location and the ocean views were amazing with plenty of whale sightings. Also being able to hear the ocean from the property was lovely. The property is a very well maintained, charming neat and tidy original beach cottage. The bird life was great, with a rare regent bower bird in the garden. It was great to be able to take our dog with us. Absolutely no complaints, would love to stay there again.

The house and views were exactly as described, with a beautiful view of Black Head Beach. The house was neat, well-equipped, and obviously well cared for and maintained.Communication with the owner was excellent; Wendy was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this Stayz

Apart from a couple of years during covid we've stayed in this lovely, perfectly located little cottage every year for ten years now. We love it that much. You can see the ocean, you can hear the ocean, you can walk to the shops, it has everything. Already looking forward to next year.

We absolutely love the house. It was like the owner read my mind and produced exactly what I had hoped for for our mini holiday. Even down to the styling and book collection! The view of glistening ocean was unbelievable. Everything is smooth and so cleverly thought out and so clean! Brilliant!

The property is so sweet and the views are sublime. It was so lovely to sit in bed, with a cup of tea, overlooking beautiful Blackhead beach. Our dog was also very happy to run around on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We come back every year , of course the view and amenity to beach is fabulous. But now it’s little things , like The owners Attention to cleanliness, comfort and equipment makes the stay so pleasant and stress free.

This cute beach house has had an internal spruce up and looks great. Communication with Wendy is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Jewel. Everything was spotless and fresh. A very airy home with sunshine for most of the day on the balcony overlooking Black Head beach. Perfect location to access the beaches in the area by foot and in walking distance to shops and cafes. We can’t wait to come back! Our dog had a great time too and crashed out on the balcony after all his beach runs. Wendy was wonderful to deal with and we have no hesitation recommending Hidden Jewel to anyone looking to stay in the area
