Hidden Gem Top-Floor Unit near Lake Meridian

You get what you pay for here. We came and stayed a long weekend for a baseball tournament and it worked great. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice park space nearby. The house itself is old and there is very little effort in regard to decoration like themes or wall hanging. The beds were clean with plenty of linens and towels. Overall it was clean but noted to have food left in cabinets and crumbs in kitchen drawers. Pans, silverware, etc very old and outdated. Very bare bones but again it worked well for our goals (we spent very little time there). Communicated with host was very smooth and check-in, check-out easy.

Enjoyed my stay at this lovely top-floor unit near Lake Meridian. The location was perfect for my dog competition and my favorite walking trail on the Soos Creek Trail. I was pleasantly surprised to find a neighborhood park at the end of the street which my dog and I enjoy each day. Isaac was a wonderful host and very helpful with a few logistical questions--I am not a tech person and too many remotes can be confusing! Communication with the host was very easy. The house was a good value for the money. The location is what just what we needed.

Enjoyed our week long stay. Very nice house. Some noteworthy items, electric tea pot (wife loves tea, wife is happy), coffee pot, very nice washer/dryer. Computer table with comfy chair, nice touch for a little laptop work. Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Planning on a return visit to the area, this will be the spot.

The place was a great size to fit a family of 6. We all had enough room. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean and well stocked.

This split level home is cozy but conversations and music can be clearly heard coming from downstairs. Unless the guests below level respect the 10PM “quiet time” curfew it would have been a 5 star review.

We had a lovely stay here for a baseball tournament. Location is very convenient with all the amenities. Don’t forget to take advantage of all the close by nature trails and Lake Meridian. Very beautiful surrounding nature areas.

Everything was clean a few of homey touches at the to make you feel welcome beds are comfortable also

Stayed here for local triathlon. Perfect location for access to lake Meridian.
