Our hosts were very helpful and communicated with us about the property and amenities. The home was clean and the patio area was a plus. Location was also great as many restaurants and coffee shops were a short walk away.

This home was just as described on website - perfect for a family stay! The large open kitchen and dining space made gathering easy and plenty of bathrooms and showers gave each guest plenty of space!! We did not rent a car, and shopping on Piedmont Avenue was convenient and enjoyable. Plenty of local restaurants to walk to/from. Fit our needs perfectly! The hosts were very attentive and available as needed.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Our family of six enjoyed the open kitchen layout, relaxed interior and chill outdoor space. So many great eateries within walking distance, and super close bus route to Cal, yet extremely quiet at night. Hope to revisit next time we're in the Bay Area!

Hosts where friendly and responsive. Overall place is amazing and the hosts helped resolve any minor issues quickly. Parking was a slight challenge but manageable.. Great indoor,/outdoor place to chill at.

This house served our group of 5 very well for a Berkeley/Oakland visit. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and clean spaces all around made our family feel at home.

This home is just like the pictures portrayed- beautiful and clean! The kitchen was well stocked; the towels plush; plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. And it is located within walking distance of great places to eat and shop at. If we’re in the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

Mothers and daughters in town to visit family for the weekend and celebrate a birthday. The spacious kitchen/dining room was perfect for a casual group dinner and leisurely breakfasts. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Even though weather did not permit use, we were very impressed by the front patio setup and amenities. Though on a corner, the patio is quite private and inviting. The VRBO location was ideal, as a one block walk to Piedmont Avenue with shops and restaurants. The size of the home was spacious and worked well with adults, who wanted their own rooms and plenty of bathroom space. Booking and communication with owners was easy and seamless. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Happy to know that there is a great option in the Oakland area without being downtown.

This is a charming property conveniently located near a grocery store and multiple restaurants on Piedmont Ave.. It was built in the early 1900s, but has been updated into a cozy spot with a modern vibe. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed a pleasant stay.
