Remodeled/clean and private getaway adjacent to the city walking trail and Empie park. Midway between downtown and the beach, convenient for restaurants and entertainment. Safe and pet friendly with a nice yard full of birds and garden beds full of flowers. With a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer you have everything you need inside, but also a private second story, balcony upstairs, and downstairs, a sitting area with a fire pit and your choice of gas or charcoal grills. And there’s plenty of parking. You can fit a 21’ boat and three trucks. Plus there is overflow parking for free on the street. And of course we are pet friendly for only a $30 fee for your entire stay.

This was a fantastic stay and exactly what I needed for my single night visit. 10 minutes from downtown so when I arrived in town early was able to find things to kill time. No issues with check in, Lee was very kind through the messaging system.I was in town for an event and the property was in a 5 minute walk so that was another plus!

You couldn't ask for a better location to explore Wilmington; garage apartment is walking or biking distance to grocery stores and restaurants yet tucked away in a quiet location. Home is very clean and comfortable, and just a short drive to beaches and downtown.
