Stayed Jan 1, 2018We had a very enjoyable experience this winter renting this property in Golden Shores. The house faces south so lots of sunshine when we needed heat and a comfortable back shaded area as well. Home was fully equip with everything we needed. Owners were very accommodating, friendly and so very pleasant. Would we come back? You bet.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house is absolutely decorated beautiful. Plenty of room for our family with it's 4 bedrooms. Beautiful walk in shower in master bath with 9 shower heads. Topock is a nice getaway with a short distance to the Colorado river. Town has friendly people and many stores to accommodate your needs. House is beautiful with new paint and flooring. Definitely the best place in Topock. We'll be coming back soon. Owners were very helpful and great communication. Plenty of dishes and items where we just needed to bring clothes and boat. A great time for summer boating season or snow birds. I love this place.
