Hemingway Cottage right on the Pithlacootee River

Super cute little house! Right next to a park, a river & downtown New Port Richey. A great location! Will definitely look this house up the next time we visit!

Hemingway’s Cottage is perfect for me. The cottage is well maintained and printed instructions are inside for any questions you may have. Located across the street from Sims Park, the location could not be better. New Port Richey is a wonderful place, with lots of community activities, good restaurants and places to check out. The landlord, Andrea, is very accommodating and responsive whenever I reach out.

We loved the fact that we met our host. She was willing to help us with the TV set up and came over to help. She also contacted us mid vacation to make sure we were good with everything. The house was well stocked which was appreciated and all the appliances worked perfectly. Love the location of course being at Sims and a quick walk to town.

Location was perfect for our needs. Beautiful park across the street. Our host was very quick responding in the emails. Clean comfortable home. Only a couple thing that might need attending; Bathroom sink drained slowly. Thicker mattress pads needed. Overall stay we really enjoyed the home. We would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great location next to Sims Park

Great little house, great neighborhood, seamless check-in and out, and a very accommodating & nice landlord.Very relaxing and fun place to visit. Lots of nearby good restaurants, sights to see and activities to partake in.

Loved walking across the street to a beautiful walk along the river and through a beautiful park with beautiful fountain area or sit on a peaceful bench in the park or a nice walk downtown to shop, eat, drink...Will definitely try to visit here again!

The cottage was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We could walk to restaurants, park. We attended free events in the park . Love New Port Richie!

Loved the location across from the park and waterway! Perfect size cottage for the two of us.

The location was perfect! We regret that due to colder weather, we did not get out to enjoy the park and riverwalk. The heart of New Port Richey is very charming and easily accessible on foot. Communication with Andrea was excellent. Since we used the front door to come and go, a walkway, if some sort, to the driveway would have been handy to avoid going through the yard. The cottage was very comfortable for our needs. A pod type coffee maker would have been nice, as we did bring pods from home. Furniture was comfortable and it was nice to have a few fleece throws to use. The outlets on the bedside clocks were a welcome find! We would definitely stay again if in the area. .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is just perfect, close to everything but still private. The cottage was so cute and very clean. I love Muscovy ducks and there were plenty to see and feed. Andrea was wonderful and very prompt with communication. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you!!
