This home accommodates up to 9 adults, 10 all together if children ages 5 and under are included. Parking for 4 cars in the driveway,no street parking. This applies 24/7.

About The Area:
It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Highway 50, nestled in the pines. The home is very close to the Heavenly California Base Lodge, which is located on Saddle Road & Wildwood Avenue. Right across from the Base Lodge parking lot is Himmel House which is a great restaurant for German-style food & beer. The Heavenly Gondola and Village is a short walk away, with lots of options for dining, shopping, and mountain activities. Lakeside Beach and Marina is a short drive away, where boats, paddle boards, and jet skis can be rented. The home is steps away from the Chonokis Road Trail and the Van Sickle Bi-State Park, which connects to some of the best hiking and mountain bicycling. This is the perfect home for year-round adventures in South Lake Tahoe.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry.
