Beautiful, cozy and clean. Laid back vibe. Had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back!

It is a nice property conveniently located on Lake Harmony. Recommended for small families. Everything was as advertised. Our experience at the property was memorable.

Listing completely deceiving. No A/C lower floor. Spiders / cob webs everywhere. Mold in lower level Urine smell. Outside lights some not working. A/C bedroom didn’t work. Very hot. Kitchen food splash on counter tops. Stains on ceiling kitchen w spider webs. Stains on table runner. Food stuck on couches. Floor had visible spills. That weren’t cleaned / mopped from previous tenants. Deck needs power washing. Leaves. Debris. Algae. Cobb webs. Slider doors dirty. In track. Floating dock and deck dry rotted. Water pressure low. Coffee maker. Leaks. Soap dispenser were filled w water. W some soap. Utensils plates stuck on food. Water sports equipment busted w hole. Took in water. Couldn’t use. Long board. Kayaks. Broken to support back. Float had hole couldn’t use. Management did ask to come out but this should all have been addressed prior to stay. Listing should have said no A/C in basement level. Mold in basement by lower level shower. Stairs in house from basement to kitchen dirty. Wont be back. Very disappointing

My family had a great stay!

We love this house but a few things need attention. No outside lights on when arrive. So much ice. We understand somethings cant be helped but there wasnt any rock salt at all steps at bottom and very top treacherous. We could have sprinkled salt throughout the week. My son slipped on ice at front door and fell.There is a racoon going under side stairs. He is tending to his babies who are right under kitchen floor under window, I left a not there. We listen to babies crying a lot.Parking spot, spot lights broken. Very loud banging noises coming from utility closet in downstairs bathroom. It was a mild bang at first then got very loud and repetitive. We did enjoy our stay. Great location!

We chose this property for its location since we were snowboarding. It was very close to the ski resorts and restaurants. The house was the perfect size for the group we had and was very clean and well stocked. The staircase coming down to enter the home from the road could be challenging for some guests especially with snowy weather. We had a great time, enjoyed the home and would come back again.

Spectacular views from every floor inside as well as balconies or porches. Amazing airy lighting and views of neighbors far enough to allow privacy but visible enough to create cozy village feel. Residential vibes. Plenty of space and privacy inside for all guests. Great location minutes from hiking and famed Poconos bars/ restaurants. We will be back. My kids were thrilled as was I. Thank you again:)

We loved the decks and the kayaks! The fireplace in the living was so nice to have for ambiance!

My husband and I were looking for a short getaway to relax, and this house was absolutely perfect! We loved sitting in the cozy living room in front of the fire while enjoying the incredible lake view. My husband fished off the dock while I kayaked around the lake. We walked to brunch and supper every day and slept like babies at night in the super comfy beds. This was a fabulous place to disconnect from real life.

Great place for a little fall getaway. Clean house, cozy furniture, great views and enjoyable lake amenities.

I would recommend staying at this house. It was clean and comfortable, but the fire table needs to work better.

We took a long weekend with all of the family, including mostly kids, and everything about this house was great! The kids loved swimming and the kayaks and paddle boards. The views from all 3 decks were gorgeous, the house was clean, very well stocked and beautifully decorated, looked exactly like the pictures which isn’t the case when you’re looking at some of these online home rentals. We’ll definitely be back again!

Paddle boards and kayaks were great to have on site. restaurants in walking distance. Fishing off dock - great views. comfortable beds. Thermostats in bedrooms do not work properly. I would make sure someone fixes that before you go. Third floor deck lots of moss and slippery. Could not use it.

We had a great time, but There are just some item we wanted you to know about: we couldn’t get the tv downstairs to work; the 2 chairs on the dock are broken; one oar was broken; the air conditioning in the top right bedroom didn’t work properly. We were very pleased with the overall trip.
