Stayed Mar 10, 2026This property was extremely clean and suited our family perfectly. It is a short walk to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood. The heated outdoor pool was nice and a definite plus. Would definitely rent again. Holden beach in March is so nice. No traffic and no wait times.

Stayed May 25, 2025The house was just as described and what we saw in the photos. Parking was easy for 2 cars. The house was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of cups, plates, utensils and cookware in the kitchen. The outdoor pool and sitting area were perfect for our group with 4 kids. We were glad for the pool towels that were available at the house. We loved the short walk to the beach. And the host was friendly and responsive. Thank you for hosting us in your lovely home.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024A great week at a great house! Our family really enjoyed the pool! It was so nice. Well stocked kitchen made making supper easy! Quiet area of the beach but just a short drive to get to the busier part of the island. A great week with many memories made!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Our family truly enjoyed staying a few days at the house. The pool was a plus and made the trip that much more fun. The beach was just a short walk across the street and was not over crowded. Pretty much everything was provided in the home and the beds were super comfortable. We will return next year and highly recommend renting this house. The host responded to messages quickly and very gracious.
