Stayed May 1, 2025The property is well located and the area is very calm. The backyard with the view of the canal is beautiful.The house is beautiful and clean, however the kitchen was not equiped with some basics (dishcloth, plastic glasses to use outdoor, wine bucket, very few bath towels and no brush for the BBQ). We purchased a few items as we cooked a lot during our stay. There were also limited beach equipment. There are 2 french doors that gives access to the back yard that do not close properly.We had to deal with a rodent that gawned some food on the countrer. The hosts were quick to react so we had a guy (exterminator) that came a few times during the week. He closed a whole in an external pipe. It's not the end of the world but most women are a bit afraid of these critters.Overall it was a great week.
