Heated pool home with Tiki Hut.

We stayed here with a group of 11, and while the home worked for our stay, it did not fully match the listing.The house was not stocked for a large group—there were only a few spoons available and no basics like laundry detergent or cooking oil. Cleanliness could also be improved. The house didn’t feel very clean upon arrival, and while we did use the pool, it had visible debris and wasn’t as well maintained as we expected.There were also some maintenance issues, including flickering lights in the kitchen and laundry room, cabinets and drawers that wouldn’t stay closed, and a master layout without a door between the bedroom and bathroom. The laundry room door also wouldn’t stay shut, so you could hear the washer and dryer at night.Overall, the home has potential and worked for our group, but it would benefit from better cleaning, maintenance, and more appropriate stocking to match what’s advertised.

Clean and beautiful house. Host is very responsive and friendly . Enjoyed our stay

First off, the house is as advertised. It has multiple bedrooms with three bathrooms. There is a pool and palapa (patio space). The location is convenient and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house needs some updates. For example, the kitchen drawers are separating. The pool needed to be cleaned. Granted they do not have a cover, however the bottom of the pool was very dirty. We would have cleaned it ourselves except the pool skimmer was torn and the pool vacuum hoses were not in working order. The property manager did get someone out the next day to clean the pool, so we were able to use it. The house is advertised to sleep 12. There were 8 in our party. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. One of the bedrooms was missing the fan/light remote control. So it was either all on or all off. One could not have the fan running with the lights off. One of the bedroom fans did not work at all. A concern we shared was that the fire alarms had all been removed (both). One we found in a drawer and have no idea where the second was. As a retired firefighter this was not a good sign. There were a total of three coffee cups in the kitchen. The glassware was chipped along the edges so one had to be careful drinking. There was no wine bottle opener when we arrived (there is one now....you're welcome!). Overall the house is in good shape and just needs some TLC to be top notch. That and install the proper safety gear. Have enough kitchenware for 12.
