Heated Pool Home & Oasis! BNR Vacation Rentals

Immaculately clean. Quiet neighborhood with nightlife nearby. Pool was cleaned daily!! Easy check in/out. Enjoyed the week with my wife and kids (14 and 18). Highly recommend.

Great stay great location

Host very responsive to clogged drain issue upon check in. Only pressing issue we had was pool is in need of repair and cleaning, and I’m not referring to skimming. It seemed the filter was not operating properly and there was algae growing on the sides of the pool. A few broken chairs in backyard and no full length mirrors in the house. Five stars for homes cleanliness but pool situation drops rating to four stars.

The cleaning people forgot to leave paper products but the host ordered some immediately. The pool heater wasn’t working so we had a day without it but they fixed that as quick as possible also. The master bedroom upstairs isn’t awesome for having children downstairs but we didn’t feel unsafe in the area at all. Lovely lovely rental.

Great location! Close to the airport, downtown dining within walking distance, and very convenient to the port for our cruise. The house was perfect: clean, super comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. Communication with our host, Nicholette, was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property located in a very nice neighborhood in Ft. Lauderdale. Very quiet and close to great restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and clean. Beautiful pool and backyard for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Great location! There are many fragile decorations throughout the house and a required security deposit. Therefore, you need to be very careful with your suitcases, and you would need to keep a close eye on younger children.

From the very beginning of this process I got the impression that the host only wanted to communicate via text or email .I found this frustrating at times I would ask a question and they would get back to me 4 hours later and not really answer the question . advise to the host ,don't be afraid to talk to your customers .Its the best way to make there stay a nice one. I won't be using this host for any of my bookings in the future

The Good. Beautiful home with up-to-date working appliances. Home is clean and well-maintained. Good communication with the host before/after the stay.The Bad. Nothing, really.What Might Have Been Better. Anything I say would be super picky, nothing really to deduct stars over.

House is very charming and well appointed. The atmosphere indoor and out is well thought out and designed. We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the heated pool. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood that is walkable for relaxation and/or exercise. It's also in walking distance to the Las Olas shopping and restaurant district. Highly recommended the property. The management company, BNY Concierge, is very professional and reliable.
