Stayed Jun 16, 2025The home was spotless clean for us. The listing was very accurate and the house was well stocked for cooking. The pool was nice and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and linens were good quality. We had a small issue with the AC and the property manager had it taken care of ASAP. Communication was great! The only thing that could be improved is that the AC struggles to keep up when temps are high. We are from the Midwest and would have liked to have it cooler but the house was equipped with ceiling fans to help. It struggles the keep the lowest temp allowed of 72 and it was a really warm 72 at that. Not a deal breaker. We would have extended our stay another month although the home was already reserved by someone else to enjoy. Thank you again!

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the pool the first couple of days plus the beach most days except when the wind was up and temps down..about 15 minutes to North Beach most days depending on traffic. Used the kitchen some and could easily cook with supplies but lots of good restaurants. Especially liked Rumba on Keene and Golf to Bay and Fridas on Umberton Rd. Marina is a treasure.
