Heated POOL- 2 Houses to BEACH- Coastal MAIN House

Great location to the beautiful beach. Home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with supplies. The pool is a bonus!

Nice quiet getaway from the hectic northeast. The location is spectacular because it gives the best of three worlds, the beach with very few people, close proximity to the more crowded beaches of the downtown area, and a quiet, unassuming neighborhood. The pool was a great place to be able to hang out in the water after getting beat down by the beach waves in the afternoon. The amount of space on the inside of the house was shocking, there was so much. It looks very tiny from the outside. The kitchen was beautify and functional. We were able to save a lot in restaurant bills by cooking small, quick meals at home. Entire area is walkable from Hogan's landing all the way down to the Taco Bus!

We stayed in the main house, which was awesome. Very clean, a lot of room, quiet location and close to the beach. Highly recommend!

This rental was everything we anticipated and much more! Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Very spacious for our family of 5. The pool was very clean. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and our access to the beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. The house was within a couple of miles/very easy drive- to town. Rent this place! You wont be disappointed!

Great place to stay. Clean, great location, newly remodeled, very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend. We will stay there again when we visit Clearwater.

Loved this home and location! Talk about feeling like you have a private beach. It was so nice there. It wasn’t crowded at all like it was further South by large condominiums and Pier 60 and yet it was a quick drive to wherever you wanted to eat and shop. Lots of yummy restaurants nearby also. We will be back. Just don’t take it when we want it! Ha.

This property is beautifully appointed, comfortable and in a great location! The beach is an easy walk - about 1.5 blocks on a side street. The property has all you need for lazy beach days - chairs, wagon, towels! The pool was a great bonus - the kids especially loved early morning and late afternoon post-beach dips. Everything we needed was right there. When we asked for extra blankets, the host responded immediately and we had them very quickly the same day. We stay at a lot of rental properties in the US and Europe - this one was definitely a favorite. Do not hesitate to book.

We had a wonderful trip over Labor Day weekend and got to enjoy the beach daily and watch the sunsets! The house is very well taken care of and very thoughtfully appointed. Ryan is an awesome property manager!
