Built in 1930, this charming house has recently changed hands after a wonderful 50 years serving as both the local dentist's office and his family's cherished home. You'll discover many unique touches that beautifully reflect the era in which it was built. As you enter the home from the rear, a small set of stairs will lead you to the lovely screened-in porch area and the main entrance. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including place settings for eight. Cleanup is a breeze with the handy dishwasher, and the pantry space adds extra convenience to your cooking experience. Plus, the delightful coffee and tea bar is a wonderful way to kick off your day! Just off the kitchen, a full bath features a shower space that’s perfect for when everyone needs to get ready at once. The inviting dining room can seat eight and comes with a nice little bar cart for your enjoyment. In the main living area, you’ll find a brand new sectional and a 65-inch TV complete with streaming options, perfect for enjoying a cozy movie night. The second floor houses four bedrooms and one full bath. The first bedroom at the front of the home is bathed in bright morning sunshine and offers lovely ocean views, along with a wonderful porch space to soak it all in. It even has a desk for when work calls and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a comfy queen-size bed and a generous layout, plus a one-of-a-kind old walk-in closet that connects to the third bedroom. This delightful twin bedroom is equipped with its own 50-inch TV and two comfortable beds, ensuring everyone has a great time. Everything here is brand new, promising you a truly enjoyable stay.
