Stayed May 29, 2026Our stay was fabulous and the entire process was very easy. The house was large enough to accommodate our 6 adults comfortably. The location was perfect - everything w/in walking distance and yet still felt a bit out of the way in that it was quiet. Would definitely recommend the house.

Stayed Jun 4, 2026Quaint historic home tastefully furnished at the foot of Prince George Street, which is literally steps from the City Dock. Plenty of bedrooms and baths to easily accommodate 8 adults. When not visiting nearby historic sites and museums, we enjoyed the lovely home, including an evening of grilling steaks and in the outside patio. Highly recommend the property to others looking for a wonderful location convenient to everything the Annapolis City Dock has to offer!

Stayed May 14, 2026The house was located in the historic neighborhood of Annapolis. The location was great! Within close proximity to restaurants, shops and the gate to enter the Naval Academy. Plenty of space, safe location and convenient. We parked in a nearby garage and paid/day. There were 3 couples and we had space and privacy.

Stayed Apr 3, 2026Had a little trouble with the lock initially (as it turns toward the jam rather than away), but the owners were very responsive and helped us get in and on track and even came by to show us how it worked. Loading and unloading is a bit of a hassle and the free garage is a bit of a hike, but parking anywhere in old Annapolis is not easy. If you dont need to take the car out, house is absolutely ideal for exploring on foot, so no car is needed once you get settled. Idealnfor those taking a taxi or Uber into town. House was beautiful, very well appointed, clean, perfectly located and was a great fit for our large family group. Highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 27, 2026Had the most wonderful time in Annapolis this weekend with long time college friends. The VRBO was well-equipped and beautifully furnished. The house was so much bigger than I thought it would be. With 9 staying overnight, we had plenty of room and didn’t feel cramped. The location was absolutely perfect for shopping and dining. Our host Susan was very responsive and gracious. Thank you!

Stayed Sep 26, 2025This is a very nice property in the heart of Annapolis. The house is historic so it is not open concept. But the individual spaces were perfect for us in that we could have some people talking in the kitchen and others in the sun room. The property has outdoor space which is at a premium in historic Annapolis. We did use this space and enjoyed it very much. Check-in was a breeze. Lived this property!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Located in the historic center of Annapolis, the property is professionally well maintained. It was very kind of Susan that we could check out after the regular check-out time with our changed schedule due to the heat wave weather. This was a great help for our family with my elder mother.

Stayed May 29, 2025Enjoyed our stay here....water pressure on upper BR's weak..and takes 5 min to get hot. Liked A/C in every room. Liked spacious areas and plenty of room to spread out. Perfect location for walking downtown to shops and restaurants. FYI, wasn't an issue for us but during heavy rain there were a few water drips from ceiling on1st floor back porch. Placed a paper towel at the spot. Just wanted you to be aware in case it was something you wanted to have checked out. THX for an enjoyable stay! We will come back again sometime!!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We had an awesome Thanksgiving together. The property was perfect for our group. There were plenty of rooms and all well appointed. We especially liked the morning sun in the back porch-room. Everything we needed was there in the kitchen for preparing meals, and we loved being able to walk into town. Annapolis is a beautiful town and this property was a really fun, old building right in the heart of town.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024Our group of 6 adults were so comfortable in this lovely historic home. We all enjoyed the accommodations including the outdoor space and how close it was to the Naval Academy and restaurants. Parking and unloading briefly on the street and then moving to the free garage later was no problem at all! We will be looking to staying there again! Thank you!
