This beautiful and spacious home (over 4200 sq ft) is situated in the heart of the Town of Duck on the Beach Side of Duck Road. It’s an easy 8 min walk to the beach, the Sound, and the quaint downtown with locally owned stores, fantastic restaurants, and the Boardwalk. Enjoy exploring the town, take morning walks for coffee and donuts or treat your family to ice cream from one of the local shops. The ocean and the beach is just a short walk down our very quiet, live oak lined street.

Stayed Jun 13, 2026Great place to stay! Very clean. Family could walk to restaurants, stores etc. easily, Go-cart was great to get things to the beach. Arrived early and when the cleaning people were gone, we contacted Robin and she assisted us in getting in. Kitchen amply filled with everything you could possibly need. We could have used a little more room for things we brought down, but that wasn't a real problem, we just put the bags on the floor!

Stayed May 23, 2026This house ia beautiful, and very spacious. The host has thought of everything! Board and console games, puzzles, pool table, ping pong, an assorted collection of DVD movies/cartoons, and books! Moments away from the beach, as well as shopping, fishing, and restaurants. The host was very easy to communicate with, and made sure that the stay was great. I would recommend, and definitely rent from this host again, if the home is available.

Stayed May 8, 2026Space, space and more space! This home has it all. More than enough room, extremely well appointed with anything needed from kitchen to beach supplies. Golf cart to the beach was fun and helpful to get chairs etc there. Paid the extra to heat the pool which made everything that much more fun. We were there mid May so temps only in the upper 60’s. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants in center of Duck. If this home is available book it!

Stayed May 31, 2025This is a great property! Everything was as stated/pictured. The house is bigger than the photos make it look. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to make meals for our group. You can walk to the beach, but the golf cart was a huge bonus. You can also walk into town.The pool, yard and hot tub were also very nice. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I would be happy to rent here again.

As the ocean is cold this time of year it was great to have a heated pool. The area was wonderful and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the boardwalk. My family had a great week
