Heart of 12th South - 1 bed, 1 bath Cozy Suite in Nashville

Great neighborhood , extremely walkable, host was fast with replies and friendly. Great stay for couples or one I would definitely book again!

Lovely space, and wonderfully quiet at night!!

The place was in perfect proximity to shops, restaurants, and coffee. The neighborhood is cute and feels very safe. The bed was ULTRA comfortable and the decor was tasteful and appropriate for Nashville. There were some water bottles there, which was very much appreciated. There was a smart TV so we could log into our Netflix. The check in process was easy. There isn't a kitchen, but there is a cute pink Keurig and a mini fridge. Great shower with good pressure and temperature. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the barn door on the bathroom. Not only does it not stay closed very well, but there are HUGE gaps on either side when you close it. It's barely worth having a door there. Not sure why so many new places have barn doors on bathrooms. They are horrible for staying with other people. So, if you want to be at all modest with the person you are with, that is just something to be aware of. Nevertheless, I think it might be my favorite vacation home yet!

I booked this little suite for a 3 night stay for a work seminar at Belmont University. Loved the proximity to great restaurants and avoiding downtown.This unit is definitely created for short term stays little vacations. This listings stated it had an ironing board,iron, washing machine and dryer. None were in the suite. There was novthermostat in the unit. I did message the property management and they did lower the temp. Windows do open so I was able to get it even cooler- love fall temperatures.

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Room was just as described. A perfect place for a couple to spend time in Nashville....an easy drive to any of Nashville's highlights. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location!!

We came to Nashville for my niece’s wedding. Pros: the location is perfect! The neighborhood is adorable. The back porch is so nice to relax on! The owner was very good at communicating with us. Cons: the mattress was lumpy. The flat fitted bedsheet kept coming off. The carpet needs to be replaced or needs a deep cleaning.

We have a wonderful 48hr stay in Nashville. This was the best little place for the two of us to relax after exploring.

We came to town for a wedding… we loved our stay… so close to all the fun in 12 South… great place… clean, tidy and nice location!

Room was nice. I definitely would stay again. Bathroom floor needs some scrubbing, shower liner had some mildew on the bottom(could use to be replaced), carpet could use a shampoo. But all in all it was a pleasant stay and the minor issues were little compared to the rest. Thank you

Had a wonderful stay. The property is very clean and accurately described. The host was very responsive and provided excellent check-in / check-out directions. Super close walking distance to all of the hip shops and restaurants that 12-south has to offer.

Perfect for two people. Had everything we needed. Very communicative. The property was 10-15 minutes from everything.

Overall it was decent for what we paid for. Very nice location to walk to local coffee shops (we particularly loved the White Bison) and had a delicious lunch down at Postino's, and great BBQ and drinks at Edley's. Room was perfect size for the two of us. My only minor complaint was the attention to cleanliness. The whole unit could use a dusting and wipe down of doors and baseboards. Other than that, it was tidy and well kept! Would stay again for the location alone. 10 and under ride down to Broadway made for a great stay.

This location was perfect for me to be able to visit my granddaughter at college and for us to take in the sights and sounds around Nashville.

Lovely second floor studio close to many stores and restaurants. Lots to do daytime and evening.

Great location! The room was perfect for the visit. Clean, kitchenette, shower TV. We were steps from the best restaurant (Urban Grub).

The unit was clean & with the hot weather there was A/C plus a fan. It was cozy & comfortable with a king bed and a small sitting area. There was a bar fridge & a coffee maker & some dishes (no cooking other than a microwave) Close to 12 South with some great restaurants & coffee shops etc.

Great area of 12 South and easy 10min Uber to Broadway/ downtown Nashville. Room was very clean and we enjoyed the shops and restaurants in walking distance!

Sweet room that was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. A block away from 12th south and 10 minutes from Broadway was exactly perfect!

Great location and spot for 1 or 2 people! Great communication from hosts. No kitchen which is apparent in the listing but just something to keep in mind for your stay!

My dad was visiting my daughter and I and wanted to be walking distance to 12th south area. He was able to walk to coffee shops, shopping, parks, and sites. This place was ideal, wonderful, perfect! We will do this set up again. The place was clean, convenient, and around the corner from so much! Thank you so much! I highly recommend.

The Stay was awesome! Owners are very communicative and help in any way. Stayed in contact just to make sure our stay there was perfect. Minutes away to some local bars and great food. 15 minute drive to downtown broadway. About $10 a ride so it wasn’t bad at all. 5 Stars all the way
