He Crab She Crab Waterfront Home w/Beach, Bay&Backyard Fun. Perfect for Kids!

Our visit was great, the hosts were great communicating to us. Wish we would have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved our stay at the He Crab She Crab house! The location was perfect for a family reunion over the holiday. Communication with the host was excellent from booking to checking out. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining family. We were just a few blocks from the beach and the area was very quiet and relaxing. We would definitely book this home again when we come back to Virginia for a family vacation!

Even though the weather took a turn - rain and wind- the house and location were perfect!

This property was perfect for our multi-aged family: from six months old to 71 years, everything was provided for all of us! Elaine and Mark are wonderful hosts - the home comes with many amenities that made traveling with young children effortless. We especially enjoyed the bikes. Beach access was close by and even easier to use since we could cycle over. I recommend this property highly!

From the start, the hosts were amazing at communication. They shared check in which was so easy to manage. They shared all amenities around Sandbridge which helped eliminate “where should we go, what’s the best seafood,” We had great choices from the start. My family enjoyed the kayaks that were available and bikes for bike rides. Even the neighbors were friendly and introduced themselves. The location was great for fishing in the canal and a short walk to the beach any time of day. Our dog Ivy enjoyed sunbathing on the back porch and in the yard, in addition to walks in the neighborhood and the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a pellet ice cube maker which was my favorite!!! The shade tree in the back allowed for enjoyment watching the fishermen fish and hanging out with our family. Spacious in all areas for the family. Very family friendly, quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay with friends and family. There is something for every age group and nothing that the owner has not thought of. The area is near everything and beaches are great.

This is a lovely place!

We enjoyed our family vacation in Sandbridge! This rental property was fully equipped for the 14 month and 16 month grandchildren! We loved the beach wagon, strollers, baby bike seat, high chairs and gate at the top of the stairs! The toddlers played with the sandbox and play set too! The beach is walkable, but closer may have been better with the little ones.

We really enjoyed our stay at He Crab She Crab. The house was comfortable, very clean, and fully stocked. Our kids took advantage of the bikes, fishing dock, and kayaks. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The owners were responsive to all of our questions and offered great suggestions on places to eat and activities for kids to do. This was our first time in Sandbridge and we loved it! Will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property.my three young grandchildren enjoyed the swings in the backyards , bikes and kayaking with their parents.The house is very spacious and we appreciated the nursery with a crib for my 20 month old granddaughter . Kitchen is very well equipped , had we known they had the instapot there we would not have lugged our instapot all the way!Definitely would consider using this place for another family summer trip.

Overall great experience. House has a few quirks, such as relative lack of towel racks in the bathrooms. Took us a little while to get the thermostats set correctly. However, the owners responded quickly and worked well with us to correct the issue.

Perfect week spent with my adult children and grandsons. Plenty of amenities great for family with young children. Beautiful property with play area for kids in the backyard and canal where we fished and kayaked. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Our group stayed at the property while attending a local wedding. Overall the home provided what was needed and the owners communicated well. However there were some concerns which we discussed with the owners Please confirm with owners that repairas were done to dock and deck before renting.

My family really loved the house and the beautiful yard! Location was very nice. The owners went above and beyond making sure the house was stocked with everything we could need. We all enjoyed the kayaks and bikes and loved the view from the back deck!

We rented a gold cart from sandbridge rentals so that we could get to the ocean safely and quickly but the bay was very pretty, quiet and offered a fishing dock the kids loved.Thank you, it was a great family get away

We had a good time with our adult children and their families. Nice home, fully stocked, in a great location. It could use some up-dates. Unfortunately weather was cold and downstairs space was definitely cold (we were advised in advance).

We evacuated from FL before Hurricane Milton Landfall and decided to turn an unexpected trip back “home” into a mini vacation! This is the most accommodating and family friendly Host that we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare/serve meals for a large family. With all of the sleeping accommodations, there was no shortage of options for our family. We spent the majority of our trip at the home as the host provides an inclusive environment with many amenities at no additional cost! We rode bikes to the beach, lounged on the patio, enjoyed many meals, played board games, Fished off the dock at the property, and created lots of laughs and memories. One detail about the property that I would note is that the Kitchen, and Living area are on the second level of the property, which could be difficult for people with physical disabilities. But, it was great for our needs!

We had a wonderful time at He Crab She Crab. Check in was easy. All the information shared by the owners regarding the area, places to visit, restaurants, grocery stores,etc was very helpful. We enjoyed grilling out and found the kitchen to be stocked with anything we could possibly need. We had a lot of fun with games we found in the sunroom and enjoyed the bikes immensely. The beach was easy to get to and we went down for sunrises and to see the crabs on the beach at night. It is a beautiful home and very comfortable. We had a lot of laughs and made a lot of family memories. We all agreed that we need to return to He Crab She Crab.

HeCrabSheCrab was the perfect destination for our family of 6 adults. Despite the rain we had a wonderful time. The house fit our needs perfectly. We have never stayed anywhere with such a fully stocked kitchen!! The bikes were a huge bonus. Sadly the rain kept us from trying the kayaks. The owner was very communicative and provided great info on things to do. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

The house was amazing, has a lot of rooms for everyone to spread out of alone time is needed, as well as large areas to come together and have a meal. Elaine was quick to respond through text message and offered many suggestions of local restaurants and places to go. We were able to use the kayaks and paddle along the inlet which beats any rental place! We enjoyed staying here and would absolutely consider again, thank you!

This place is so great for families! There are toys, kids bikes, games, a crib, a high chair, stroller, wagon, and a full play set in the backyard! My family and I enjoyed our stay so much that we already started planning another trip next year.

He Crab She Crab is a fantastic property with lots to offer and only a couple minutes to the beach. We enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything we needed to enjoy a great family vacation. Sandbridge is a delightful, quiet beach community. The proximity to the beach took all the stress out of mobilizing my and my brother's family out for a day in the surf. Even better, when we returned home after a long day there was plenty of fun to be had back at the house - playing in the back yard, enjoying the canal, or taking bikes for a spin around the neighborhood.

We had a great stay, the house was spacious and fit our family nicely. We had a 2 year old and 7 month old with us, so all of the baby amenities were very helpful! The owners made sure everything we needed for the babies would be ready for us! There are a ton of outlets, which is great, but a little nerve racking since they don’t have covers. The house was well stocked with most things we would need. Cooking in the kitchen was a breeze, as it has tons of cookware and utensils! We did run into some ants in the kitchen, but kept all of our stuff put away to try and avoid any problems. We all enjoyed the bikes provided, as well as the beach chairs. Outdoor shower was great to rinse off! Beautiful water view, that we enjoyed many times off of the deck. The owners were wonderful to work with, and made us feel comfortable!
