Home was clean and ready for our visit. The area was nice

The house is nice but stairs are steep and treads narrow which can be dangerous, especially when carrying luggage. Amenities were minimal, no large knife for cutting up meat, fruits, vegetables.

They had everything you needed! Efficient and helpful?

Perfect house for a family beach vacation! This house is stocked with everything that you could possibly need, cooking supplies, air fryer, coffeemaker, keurig, grill, bath towels, beach towels, newer appliances, washer & dryer! The view from the back deck was breathtaking. A quick walk across the street to a pristine beach! We appreciated every beach decor detail! Most relaxing vacation this family of 4 has ever shared!

Very clean, great location. Perfect for a family of 6. Nicely stocked kitchen. Nice washer dryer. Pretty views of preserve out back. Across street from beach.

This is our 3rd time staying in this house and a few of the issues such as the tub not draining and no deadbolt on the front door have never been addressed.

The views were amazing and it was such an easy walk to the beach!

Loved the location and guest services were great. Only issue was, no outlets outside for golf cart to charge. Only minor issues otherwise a great place for vacation.

This is a wonderful, clean house that is clearly well-loved and maintained by the owners. There are many little touches of care, and trust that guests will appreciate and take care. Sunset views of the marsh were spectacular and a nice change of pace from the beach side — which is a super-short and easy walk. The kitchen is spacious and really well appointed. We were never in need while cheffing it up. This is a really nice beach house for a family or small group. Highly recommended and look forward to staying there again!

The house was nicely located with beach access right across the street. The views of the marsh were lovely. However the service from Vacasa could have been better. When we checked in, the cleaning crew did not clean a bathroom and the fridge. I reported it to Vacasa immediately but it took them over two days to get back with me, and by that time I had already cleaned myself.

The house was spacious, but cozy. The back deck let us enjoy deer, beautiful sunsets & quality family/friends time! Easy access to the beach! We will be back again absolutely loved it
