Stayed Aug 2, 2025Although we had a great vacation I was a bit disappointed in the house. First the listing said laundry available and when we got to the house there was no washer and dryer. When I contacted the office they told me “they thought they got to everyone” . Not only was that a big inconvenience but it cost me money and time away from my vacation to go to the laundry mat. I chose this property over another because of the washer and dryer. Second there was no iron or ironing board. Again huge inconvenience. Lastly the toaster that was provided only worked on one side. None of these are horrible issues however when paying money to rent a house I would expect to get what was promised. I am hoping that due to all these inconveniences we would be able to getSome compensation back as this not right to charge for things not provided.Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you.
