After booking, the guest must complete two quick online items within 48 hours (or before check-in, whichever comes first): our Rental Reservation Agreement and our House Rules & Guest Policies. Both are signed online and take about five minutes. The booking guest must be 25 or older and present for the stay. Reservations where these are not completed within 48 hours may be canceled. We`ll send the links the moment you book.
