Haven By The Sound - Intercoastal Waterway Home w/ Pool, 6 Bedrooms / 6.5 Bathrooms

We enjoyed our time here. Great house in a perfect location. Looking forward to our next visit

Family of 10 ages ranging from 2 to 70 and we had a wonderful time. Loved the views from the main dining area watching boats during our coffee up until darkness. The entire home is very lovely. Kitchen was very well equipped. The back yard had plenty of places for the children to play. The older men really enjoyed watching football games from the lower level with the French doors open overlooking the inter coastal waterway. I will say thank goodness for the elevator which we only used for arrival and departure with all the gray coolers and suitcases. Great park fro play for the children and basketball/pickle ball for the older. The beach is about a 5-10 min walk and super spacious for playing. We encountered a couple situations while there like batteries in the smoke detector went off, however maintenance was there within 30 minutes. Any questions we had were answered super quick. Thanks Shelly, We Definitely recommend this home and when our family gathers again in 2 years we will probably be back.

This house was absolutely beautiful! It was like staying in a hotel. It had everything we could have wanted and needed (plus more). Location was perfect and the home had its own pool and hot tub. We had a great family vacation!

The home was beautiful and very spacious, pool and hot tub were great, the views were awesome. We loved that there were 4 kings available. They had bikes and kayaks and lots of nice outdoor areas for everyone. They need to look at getting a new can opener! We struggled with the 2 they had in the kitchen, but besides that it was very nice. We would stay there again!

From requesting to rent via online, through arrival and departure it was seamless/effort less. Management staff is was great. The property was outstandingly. The location, the amenities, the design, the Décor, the layout, the magnificent views from all three levels. So beautiful and breathtaking!!

We rented the lovely house that sleeps 14 guest. It is three stories and is right on the inter-coastal with its own dock. My son was getting married and we invited 6 friends. I did not read the fine print. “Events, Parties, and Other Visitors: House Parties are Prohibited on the Premises. Any special events such as but not limited to: family reunions, weddings, receptions or anniversaries are not permitted at the Premises without express, written permission by the Agent. Special Events require additional lease provisions, event fees, insurance, and/or additional security deposit. Failure to acquire prior approval for your special event could result in expedited eviction additional fees, or other action.” I am not sure anyone would rent this house that was not having some sort of event. I called the Property Manger when I realize we would be in violation of the contract. He told me we could not have a Wedding and they would be checking on us and if we violated the rules and we would be thrown out. Kind of put a damper on the wedding.

The property was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
