Stayed Aug 9, 2025This is a great lake. Wev used 3 kayaks every day and found the loon family to be quite comfortable with hanging out near kayakers. There was also a bald eagle family nesting here this year, and several different cranes and herons. Near enough to TVC but so peaceful. Also quick drives to sleeping bear dunes and many Leelenau towns. Lake Ann itself has a great general store, coffee shop, pizza place, and beer place (the latter two hosting music many nights of the week together)The house setting itself is serene. Sat and watched the resident rabbits, deer, and woodpeckers with my coffee out on the deck.Kids also used the ping pong and the corn hole.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024House was big and the beds were so comfortable! Great location. Clean. Kitchen had everything you could ever need. House was cool inside, I was concerned about no air conditioning but the breeze and shaded lot kept everything really comfortable. One issue we experienced was that every interior door in the house is wood, nice and heavy, but all were swollen from humidity and did not close unless you used a lot of force, and some were not able to close period. Not a huge problem but definitely loud. Overall was a great experience!

Stayed Jul 25, 2023Our stay on Lake Ann was very good - The kayaks and paddle boards were the best thing ! Beds were comfortable, house is centrally located to many popular Michigan sites - Cherry republic, sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland fishing town, Glen Lake, & Lake Michigan beaches. Really great family vacation -
