HaT Ranch Lodge. Perfect for a large group or multiple families. NO CLEANING FEE

This place is absolutely wonderful!!!! The hosts are fabulous! There for a wedding at Marland Manison, this place had room for our large bridal party. And to top it off the accommodated everyone of our requests! We loved the Hat Lodge!!!!!

Very clean, quiet and spacious to accommodate our party.

Traveling with a group of teens is always stressful but everything about this stay was amazing! We got to see deer, cattle, calves romping, possums, and so many stars! The beds were so comfy and the entire house was spotless. There was plenty of room to stretch out and the game room was a hit. I cannot wait to take my family there for a visit. Our host was the best and we loved it.

In town for daughter’s wedding who was having it at the nearby Wentz castle. What an amazing place! Tons of space to not feel cramped. A game room to relax and watch the game on. Morning coffee on the back porch while cows wandered by. So peaceful and relaxing. Also host was incredibly accommodating and flexible when due to circumstances we needed to change location of rehearsal dinner bbq and they gave us permission to host it at the house. Thank you for allowing that and helping us with our stressed out daughter on her wedding weekend!

Loved the HaT lodge! Spacious, clean, quiet. Comfortable beds. Game room has something for everybody. Plenty of seating, inside and outside. Enjoyed sitting outside watching the longhorns and wildlife.

Great location. The house was perfect, The game room was fun and helped pass down time. Would stay there again. Host was wonderful and prompt in answering questions and helping us!

My entire family enjoyed our time at Hat Ranch. The house was amazing. The game riom was a big hit with the younger adults.I, as the resident Grandma, especially enjoyed the several quiet places to sit and read, both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We cooked most of our meals there so that was great.We enjoyed the wildlife also. Thank you.

This property was more then we could have imagined. It was a beautiful and quite place to stay and my adult children we excited when the cows would come around every morning and evening. The game room was well used during our trip and gave everyone something fun to enjoy during our stay. Think this is the only property we have been at where the tv was hardly used while we were there. Was nice to enjoy time together without that background noise. We would definitely stay here again when visiting with the whole bunch. If your looking for a place in Ponca City look no further.

We were lucky to find the HaT Ranch listing! It’s an authentic and spacious ranch-style house with everything exactly as promised. Very peaceful setting, (it sits within a working cattle ranch!) very nice accommodations, with a game room that offers numerous entertainment options. Hosts are very friendly and courteous.

Very clean on dead end great place peaceful

We stayed at the ranch for several days during an extended family road trip. It was beautiful, peaceful, and so much fun! We all loved sitting outside on the stone patio to watch the steer graze. Our group had ages ranging from 25 to 85 and everyone loved the place. We made great use of the game room and set up games to play outside too. Truly a wonderful place to make memories together.

we came from Montana , Pennsylvania and Arkansas for the funeral for our beloved niece and great niece and cousin this home gave us the opportunity to stay together visit and reminisce about everything and the opportunity to reconnect thank the house was just perfect thank you

This lodge-style home is a perfect place for a group of people to stay. Beautiful and clean home. Very accommodating and had everything we needed for our stay. The game room is a fun place to hangout with lots to do. It is remote (about 15 min. to the nearest town) set on an active cattle farm. Once you turn off the highway, I recommend you have 4-wheel drive to get the mile drive back to the property if there is any mud and/or snow.

Nice peaceful stay not too far from town. Enjoyed the pool table, shuffleboard and Directtv was a nice surprise. Beds are nice but pretty firm. Curtains in bedroom could be a little more substantial to block that morning sun. Overall stay was very nice. Thank you for your hospitality

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The host were friendly and easy to work with. They went out of their way to help us when we needed them. The home is absolutely beautiful and large enough for a big family like ours. It was a great place to make great memories and will recommend to everyone.

The property was amazing. There was so much to do inside the house and plenty of space to hang out outside. The kids ran around the adults enjoyed the pool table and the poker table… The kitchen was great for our family dinners. This is a great facility if you are planning to host a larger group!
