House is nice and spacious but heat system sucks and when trying to connect heaters brakers go off not recommend this house for winter time.

This place was nice spacious quiet. Everything was nearby. It was absolutely perfect.

The location was close to the town and nearby stores. house is clean and well kept. The host is easy to communicate with. A lot of rooms to stay and enjoy. Just suggest place need more utensils but not a big deal cuz we used mostly disposable.

Property was very clean lots off Room for big Family.

Great kitchen setup need more utensils

This is a large house with lots of space and updates. It’s in a good location, near shopping and major roads. The communication and rental process were easy. Host was responsive when we had questions.

It was a very convenient location. Less than 20 minutes from everything one could hope to do in the Poconos. The house itself was beautiful with many spacious areas and many memories were made in that house. I would stay here again!

Place had a few issues, but overall stay was ok.

We really like the house it was big and comfortable. But it needs more mirrors and dresses in the bedrooms. And the person who cleans the house needs clean better. Under the kitchen sick was mouse pop and the floors dirty and dusty. I came to celebrate my husband and daughter birthday with the family. Thank you everything else was good.

Great first time experience. My family and I enjoyed every minute. Definitely planning another family vaca at this location.

The place was fairly sparsely furnished, but was adequate. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was adequate. We were only there two nights, but it was plenty roomy for 10 adults and 5 young children.

I love on the same street as the house and needed more space for when my family came in for a big event. It was a perfect place to hang out and enjoy all the family. Plenty of room to spread out, very clean and comfortable.

The house was so comfortable and clean it felt like home we all enjoyed the atmosphere and the space and that kitchen was spacious well stocked and had enough space for us ladies to get things done. Past VRBO experiences included instruction booklet for the specifics of the property - heaters, TVs (ok, we're boomer impaired). Other than WIFI notes there were none but we figured out most things. We were confused about the change in access code between our initial arrival and the next entry. Not somethings we've experienced with VRBOs in the past. The owner did reach out to offer help if we needed anything. We had two toddlers so spacious rooms were ideal but we suspect the mop last used for the floors needs changing. Upon arrival we had to remove the mouse trapped in stove storage area - couldn't detach from sticky pad so put it in the yard. Garbage disposal never worked so we had to plunge frequently. Kitchen utilities were sparse for cooking - no casserole dish, measuring cup. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. All in all we had a nice get together with family we don't frequently see but we can't give it 5 stars.

Plenty of rooms for big parties. Upgraded indoors.

We had an amazing stay at Helen's place! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with plenty of options nearby. Helen was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We appreciated the extra touches, such as Hot tub.. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Five stars and can't wait to come back.
