11 bedroom Lodge - Swim Spa/Hot Tub - Firepit - Game room - sleeps 26

First let me start by saying, I had great communication with the owner George. He always responded quickly.The house and property is absolutely gorgeous. The house was big enough to host 20 of us plus we had other family members that came by for dinner. We spent plenty of time in the huge yard and on the wrap around porch. The pool table was a big hit. The kitchen was big and spacious, Plenty of parking.The last night was spent by the fire pit making s’mores and just hanging out. The house was clean but the cleaners can do a better job. The shower curtain on the claw tub had mildew on it. One of our guest had to clean the bathroom on the 3rd floor as soon as we got there. And our guest in room 10 said they heard something like birds on their ceiling. We could not use the swim spa because there was an issue with it so we were disappointed with that.These issues did not ruin the stay. All in all I would recommend this house. We made lots of wonderful family memories.Foot note, *my dad had a medical emergency and St.Lukes hospital was awesome.*

A perfect place for our group of 20 ages 1 to 70 and 2 dogs! Loved that there were so many queen beds, and that the 2 large dining tables comfortably seated everyone. The wrap around, covered porch was our favorite hang out spot, and the kitchen worked well for teams of cooks. Extremely clean and well equipped including two washers and 2 dryers. Many activities within an hour's drive kept our group well entertained.

Perfect house for a family get-together. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The home was clean, roomy for our large group and well decorated.

The house was great for our two-family celebration of thanksgiving. With 15 adults and 5 children ranging in ages from 1 thru 90!! Tow big dining rooms kitchen with two ovens and two refrigerators. We are foodies so this was great. Plenty of bedrooms and no one complained about bathrooms either. place was extremely clean upon arrival and the owner was attentive throughout our stay and before it. Supermarkets liquor stir and pharmacy 5 miniutes away. Very pleased with our stay for the holiday.

Rented this to get the whole extended family together for Thanksgiving. The dual ovens were great when putting dinner together and there was lots of room at the tables for everyone. The beds were comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the hot tub in the snowy weather immensely. The owner even made sure driveway was cleared of snow for us on check-in and was very communicative.

This was a family vacation of 18 people. From 78 years old to 2 years old and 2 dogs!! There was room for everyone to sleep and “hangout” together. The separate game room and pool table as well as 2 dining tables to eat and play games was perfect. It was also very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommended. Beautiful and historical place

We needed a large, comfortable place for 17 of us coming to a family reunion. This renovated inn was ideal. All of the bedrooms were comfortable, the large common areas (with two large dining room tables) held us all without difficulty. We particularly liked the well-equipped and spacious kitchen where we spent lots of time. And the outdoor space was great for the kids and barbecuing.

The house was perfect for a big group trip. We had 18 guest and almost everyone had their own bed. The rooms were cozy and the host was responsive to any issues (the few that existed!). The house is perfect for a relaxing weekend - we had plenty of space for our own groceries and to cook without feeling too on top of each other. There were also plenty of seating areas to catch up or watch Tv inside or outside the house. The house also maintained a lot of its original charm. There were only few cons. It’s a big house with 4.5 bathrooms. There was a wait in the morning with this many guests. Also, the house is located a 20-40 min drive from some attractions like lakes, hikes or shopping outlets. We also wish there was some yard games provided, for example there was a basketball court but no basketball. It was right down the road from a five below and Walmart so that was an easy fix. The group loved the house and half way through our stay we were already saying that we wanted to come back.
