You'll be a five-minute stroll from Port Willunga Beach and 15 minutes’ drive from the wineries of McLaren Vale at this welcoming, light-filled home-away-from-home. When you’re not taking advantage of its beachside location, relax in dual living areas, work remotely with ease from the dedicated office and cook in the well-equipped kitchen, dining inside or alfresco on your private patio with a BBQ for easy outdoor meals. Two bathrooms and ample driveway parking add to your everyday convenience.
This two-storey home—tucked away on a quiet side street, but footsteps from the beach—is brimming with character, highlighting unique artwork and colourful furnishings balanced by polished timber floors and a fresh, white palette.

Downstairs, you’ll find everything needed to cook and enjoy meals at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and six-seater dining table. Share meals indoors or dine alfresco on the spacious undercover patio, where a relaxed outdoor setting and BBQ overlook the backyard and garden. This level is fitted with a split system air conditioner to ensure year-round comfort and also features a full-size bathroom with a shower and bath, an in-unit laundry, a dedicated workspace, and a cosy queen-size bedroom.

Upstairs, the main living area invites relaxed movie nights with generous seating and split system air conditioning, opening directly onto the balcony surrounded by leafy green outlooks. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. A second full-size bathroom on this level includes a shower.

You can park up to three cars in the driveway. Both the upstairs and downstairs living areas are fitted with split system air conditioning, while the bedrooms themselves do not have air conditioning but are equipped with ceiling fans to help keep things comfortable year-round.

Port Willunga Beach is a 10-minute walk, where you can take a dip, grab a coffee and stroll the Esplanade. Star of Greece is a local favourite, featuring both a casual kiosk and a restaurant for scenic waterfront dining. With the cellar doors of McLaren Vale on your doorstep, you can spend the afternoon in the vineyards sampling the region's award-winning wines, cycling the Shiraz Trail and viewing the stunning d'Arenberg Cube.

    Great location with just a short walk to the most beautiful beach. Very family friendly and was nice staying in a 'beach house' instead of a city house at the beach. Beautiful wide life e.g. black cockatoos and blue tongue lizards. Close to shopping centre al all amenities.
